T rupti of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi has returned from the dead. And Suvarna Jha is thrilled. The actress whose charac- ter was murdered (by whom is anyone's guess) made a comeback in Friday's episode. "Yes, I'm back, but not as Trupti. I play a bois- terous Punjabi girl who's a real toughie," says Jha. Predictably, she refuses to divulge details. "If I tell you what's going to happen, no one will watch the show," she snaps. The actress was rumoured to be doing a mythological drama titled Ma Durga. But Jha denies this. "I'll never do a show outside Balaji Telefilms," she says firmly. Will the original Trupti return from the dead? "Wait and watch," is her cryptic reply But will anyone? .
