I watched 3 idiots back thn when it released then i was young so could not understand much but today i watched it again and it is hell overrated!
people gt agitated over rape jokes now why all were liberals at that time?? sorry but that speech was more derogatory thn a remark by one actor presently and people were laughing at that *sick*
secondly that delivery scence was cringeworthy .. that is so embarassing to watch wd family evn more than lovemaking scences... i did nt understand y it became a big hit||
may be bcz hostel lyf was xplored by only this moviee...

+1 ..and inspiring too..

Its upto people what they see or imbibe from a story..

Some people see absurdity in how Rancho reaches the university.. I see the little boy's eagerness to study and his brilliance..some people feel offended at the rape joke. I see it as an example of how rote studying without understanding can put u in embarrassing situations..

I saw full families watching delivery scene and nobody was cringing coz there was no vulgarity at all..everyone was just too worried for the baby to be born..

It inspired me to follow my dreams, taught me to enjoy what I do irrespective of social norms of being called successful..

Baby birth scene was not cringy at all... It wasn't vulgar from any angle and also not the one which can make u uncomfortable... But here anything can be called as overrated 🤔 3 idiots overrated? Seriously?

I didn't think it was...i could have done without some scenes but overall the movie was great. I feel like Bollywood should make more movies about the education system and the pressures on students to perform. Another great movie dealing with that was Wake Up Sid.

The movie has insane repeat value.
So no would not call it overrated. I still enjoy it.
RDB and 3I, these two movies are timeless for me. I can watch them anytime anywhere!

3 idiots was a good movie. I like the joy lobo character in that movie. even chatur is funny character. stress on education from parents well depicted. story is good. I do not care if amir is in that movie.
I usually skip watching that delivery scene and do not like that balaatkaar joke.

What is over rated is that PK movie. amir must be thankful that people tolerated that theme of that movie.

that film had too many hopeless and pointless concept

but yes it was entertaining as long as you don't use brain

simple flaw

rancho says to suhas he wears 250 rs watch and it shows same time that what 5 lakh watch he has bought

i would have said then why rancho came to the finest engineering college he should have gone to any engineering college as the mechanical engineering syllabus is almost same in any university across INDIA

and so on ...
