Trisha agreed to to take a leave the next day and both of them took permission from the chief and he agreed. Trisha had told him about the challenge she had put forward for Raghav; so he had no problem in granting them leave for a day. Both of them went to their respective homes after finishing their work and dinner. At night she was lying in her bed and trying to sleep...but sleep was far away from her. Constantly the thoughts of the next day kept coming to her mind and she was finding it hard to control her excitement. Again and again she sat up and thought of calling him, but seeing the time she lied down again. But after waiting for quite some time, she finally gave in and called up Raghav but immediately disconnected the call without realising that a missed call had been sent. On the other side even he was unable to sleep tonight, he was constantly thinking about her and he had a smile on his face. When his phone rang, he saw a missed call from Trisha's number and called her back.

Raghav: kya baat hai Trisha...aaj neend nahi aa rahi kya? Mere baare mein soch rahi thi?

Trisha: tumhe aisa kyun lagta hai ki main har samay bas tumhare baare me sochti hu...wo galti se call lag gaya tha...

Raghav: ab itna to main tumhe janta hu Trisha...bano mat...tumse excitement control nahi ho rahi...hai na? kal ke baare me soch rahi thi na?

Trisha: tumhe kaise pata? Sorry main bhi kisse pooch rahi hu...main bhi na...

Raghav: its ok sweetheart...but don't expect ki main tumhe kuch bhi batane wala hu...ok..

Trisha: please batao na...hum kal kahan jaane wale hai? tumne kya plan kiya hai?

Raghav: no no no no...not now...patience darling...subah tak ki to baat hai...chalo kuch aur baat karte hain...

He somehow managed to change the topic despite her repeated asking and didn't reveal anything about his plans. Trisha understood that he won't tell anything and she just kept on talking to him and after some time she slept off listening to him speak from the other side.

Raghav: Trisha...are you there? (paused for few seconds) ...so gayi lagta hai... Good night Trisha...I promise kal ka din tumhari zindagi ka sabse khoobsurat din hoga...

Next morning she woke up by the ringing of the door bell, she went to open the door and was still rubbing her eyes but was surprised to see Raghav standing in front of her.

Trisha: tum!! Itni subah ...

Raghav: time dekho madam...9 baj gaye hain...ab tum der se soyi or uthi ho to time to tumhare liye nahi rukega na...

Trisha: really...i didn't know ki itna late ho gaya. Sorry mujhe thoda time do...main jaldi se ready ho kar aati hu...

Raghav: ok...tum fresh ho jaao..tab tak main breakfast banata hu...ok

Trisha: ok fine...i'll just come soon...

He prepared breakfast for her and by that time, he prepared breakfast and arranged it on the dining table. He was spellbound when he saw Trisha wearing a light pink coloured suit. So elegant she looked...he felt as if he lost his heart to her again today. They both had their breakfast and then they started from her home. She kept on asking him as to where was he taking her but he just told her to wait and see. She had no other option but to wait...that's it.

He took her first to Bangla Sahab Gurudwara and there they both served together in the langar service for some time...after that they went to the nearby church and lighted candles there. He knew she likes places which are peaceful; especially a church. Then he took her to Laxminarayan temple and after prayers at all these places he drove towards Fatehpur Sikri and also had lunch in between. After tying the auspicious thread there and distributing some food and clothes to the people outside they came back in the evening to Delhi. He knew that she was very happy today as she was able to go to all the religious places in a day but at the same time, he knew that she was waiting for his proposal. After having dinner at night, he dropped her at her residence. When he was about to leave, he looked at her face...how disappointed she looked seeing him leave.

Trisha: Raghav you wanted this day off because you wanted a last chance for your proposal. What happened? Propose nahi kahoge?

Raghav: (sadly) I'm sorry Trisha...full day I was thinking of a way to propose you but koi unique idea aaya hi nahi. I think I should now accept that I wasn't able to find a suitable way to propose you. I accept my defeat...please forgive me...i won't ask you for a remarriage now...i'm really sorry.

Trisha: its ok Raghav...i know you tried a lot...may be I was too harsh on you...i'm sorry...now please don't feel so guilty and sad...i just want to say that I love you and I'm very lucky to have you as my husband...so sincere...so honest...who so innocently accepted his defeat. Don't worry...come on...give me a hug... and both of them engaged in a tight hug. After that Raghav left for his house and Trisha went inside feeling sad for Raghav. She changed her dress and went off to sleep after some time thinking about him.

She woke up and was surprised to see herself in a car's back seat. How did she come here...she couldn't understand anything...where was she and how did she come here...who's car is this? She was surprised when Raghav opened the car's door and asked her to come outside.

Flashback:

Raghav had mixed sleeping pills in her juice while having dinner and after leaving her house, he waited somewhere close to her home. When he was sure that she must have slept under the effect of medication, he opened the door with the duplicate keys which he took on karva chauth day. He went to her room and gently lifted her and took her into his car.

Flashback ends...

Trisha: Raghav...what is all this? Hum kahan hain? Aur main tumhare saath yahan kaise aayi?

Raghav: mere saath ...main laya tumhe...ab tum question answer band karo aur mere saath chalo. Tumhare liye surprise hai...

He took her to a bicycle which he had borrowed from someone and made her sit with him. Though she had not experienced a bicycle ride ever in the past...she was slightly reluctant but on his insistence, she agreed. He started from there and took her around that place.

Trisha: Raghav yeh kaunsi jagah hai?

Raghav: yeh mera gaon hai Trisha...yahan mera bachpan beeta hai...aur yahin par aaj ke hi din bahut saal pehle maine apna sab kuch kho diya tha (this was the day when his dad was murdered so many years back)...aaj main yahin par sab kuch wapas paana chahta hu.

Trisha looked at his face absolutely shocked. She couldn't believe that Raghav who never wanted to go back to his village because of his dreadful memories...has himself come back with her along and in this way...she was so surprised...he took her to a small building which he told her that it was his school, he showed her the dispensary where his father worked...the lake where he used to play with his friends...the small local market, the small village temple where he came with his mother, the small lanes where he spent his childhood...everything... even after so many years...nothing much had changed...at last he took her to his house. It was a small house where no one was staying since so many years. Even the lock was jammed...he opened the lock and he went inside and asked her to wait outside for sometime. It was all full of dust and trash because no one ever came there over these years. He cleaned the front room as much as possible and then held her hand and brought her inside. He took her in front of his dad's picture.

Raghav: Baba...isse miliye...yeh Trisha hai...aapki bahu...yeh woh hai jiske pyar ne mujhe aaj yeh taaqat di hai jo main aaj wapas aapke saamne aa paya hu. Baba main isse bahut pyar karta hu aur aap jante hain...itne salon me main us dardnaak haadse ko bhula nahi paya tha...par jab yeh mere saath hoti hai to main wo sab kuch bhool jata hu.

He then turned towards Trisha and said "Trisha jab tumne mujhe khud ko propose karne ke liye kaha tha...maine to tabhi decide kar liya tha ki main tumhe apne Baba ke samne propose karunga. Wo jo maine proposals diye the, wo to sirf tumhare chehre par wo chhoti si smile dekhne ke liye the jo tab aati thi jab tum mera proposal reject karti thi...aur kuch nahi...aaj jo main tumhe mandir, gurudwara, church aur dargah le gaya...uske do reason the...ek to yeh ki main hum dono ki zindagi ek saath shuru karne se pehle bhagwan ke sab roopon se aashirwaad lena chahta tha...

Trisha: aur doosra...

Raghav: doosra aur main reason yeh tha ki main un sab roopon ko dekhna chahta tha ki koi bhi roop tumse zyada sundar hai ya nahi...

Trisha: to kya dekha tumne?

Raghav: nahi...bhagwan ka koi bhi roop tumse zyada khoobsurat nahi hai...tum mere liye sabse zyada sundar ho...bhagwan se bhi zyada...aur tumhare bina na mera aaj hai aur na aane wala kal. Tum hansti ho to main hasta hu aur tum roti ho to main mar jata hu...jab se tum meri zindagi me aayi ho...meri duniya badal gayi...mujhe laga jaise mera bachpan laut aaya, tumhe tang karna mujhe achha lagta tha...ab jo tumhe apni life me pa liya hai to maut ko bhi apne beech me aane nahi dunga.

He bent down on his knees and held her hand...kissed her hand and inserted the engagement ring in her ring finger.

Raghav: is angoothi se maine tumhe humesha ke liye apna bana liya aaj...

Trisha had tears in her eyes and she too bent down and said "itna kuch kaha but wo nahi kaha jo kehna chahiye tha...koi baat nahi, main keh deti hu...tum na...bilkul pagal ho...maine tumhe unique style me propose karne ko kaha tha...aur tum ...yeh...aise... night suit mein...tumne yeh soch bhi kaise liya ki main aise haan kar dungi...tum really bilkul pagal ho...but mujhe is pagal se pagalon ki tarah pyar hai...i'm madly in love with you Raghav...please mujhse dobara shaadi kar lo?

Both of them had tears in their eyes and they wiped off each others' tears and hugged each other tightly. She was very happy today...she felt as if she got everything in her life ... He took his dad's picture with him and both of them went back home after some time. They reached back home in the morning, they got ready and left for the office together. They went to Dilip sir's cabin and informed him of their decision to get married. He was very happy for them and he called the other members also about this good news and everyone congratulated both of them for their wedding.

Dilip sir arranged a small party at his house in the evening for both of them and told Trisha that he would do her kanyadaan as he had promised her earlier... finally after so many hurdles...these two who were made for each other could unite today...
