Small doubts !

I didn't watch the serial from epi 1 and later was was so hooked;I did a marathon finishing from 1-97!
Such a big task.
During that I may have missed something and hence the doubts!
1) how Suman is Tiwari? ( her dads surname was also Tiwari? This is only answer I have)
2) Did Shravan rerun her mothers jewellary ?( Holi episode )

tiwari surname ka funda was never addressed .. even her mother passport carried tiwari last name .. so assumptions are 1> nanu didt like sumo father so gave her his family name

In khosla case, Priya (Suman's mom) was also called "Tiwari", I guess its because nanu doesn't like Suman's dad so that je wants his daughter & grand daughter to use his surname only!

And yeah Shravan returned the jewelleries after the holi episode.
