What was Kokila thinking ?

When she got Gopi married to Krishna, that he would get a rakhi tied from Gopi, every year.

Ofcourse they are husband wife, no matter at what age they tied their knot. Physical intimacy is expected and very normal. Its part and parcel of a marriage.

Its sad that Gopi who boast of being a Adarsh Bahu, is neglecting her mother in law so badly...She is even neglecting her husband but staying married only cause Kokila wants her to. This is not right, its unfair towards Krishna. She shouldve either annulled the marriage or tried to accept this change in her life.

Oh god when did gopi ignored her new mother in law ,infact gopi became servent to her new mother in law, gopi doing what ever her new mother in law is saying like dressing,back massage,serving tea to her friends,what not and yeah she is ignoring her husband Krishna cuz she only loves ahem but cuz of kokila she married him,and gopi New mother in law don't have any right on gopi to arrange first night with her son infact Krishna being a husband of gopi too don't have right to do first night with gopi without her permission it comes under marital rape and he and his mother will go to jail for 7 years got it

every marriage expect a physical intimacy...marital rape is when the guy forces the woman... but yes court also expect the woman to atleast be open for such a relationship. If the woman doesnt want such a relation with the husband, then its better she ANNULS the marriage...

and a court also grants divorce or annulment on the basis of wife refusing physical intimacy.

Then make it loud and clear to all...even Pramila, that she was forced into this marriage and doesnt want to be Krishna's wife.

marriage means not just physical relationship ,yeah even court will not give divorce immediately just cuz gopi is not keeping physical relationship with Krishna even court will give some time to gopi to give divorce and one more thing if gopi should love her new mother in law then her new mother in law should give equal love to gopi but pramila just treating gopi like a property and a doll

First of all, when Gopi married Krishna, she was not in her senses. She has become a vegetable because of the mental shock after learning about Ahem's death. She gained her consciousness only after the pheras which completes the wedding. The last ritual was vermilion which is as good as a formality. But when she was not in a normal state, the marriage becomes annulled. But for that, doctor has to certify that in the court & prove that Ahem has come back. If the guy or the girl is not in the normal state, it won't take long for the marriage to be declared as void.

She had only married for Kokila's sake. If it was left to Gopi, she would have stepped out of that marriage. She was thinking that it is better for Gopi to remarry as ahem is no more & Jigar, Paridhi, Samar & cartoon Monica won't take care of her.

As for Dr. Krishna, it is an injustice for him as Gopi does not consider him as her husband but then he chose to marry her. So he should be mentally prepared to face whatever comes. Pramila is thrusting her rituals at Gopi's place which is absolutely wrong & is interrupting her work. She also went to the extent of throwing Ahem's photo frame which is again wrong. She does not treat Gopi as a human being.

Though physical relationship is a part of marriage, it is upto the couple whether to have it or not. Gopi is nearing 50 & I guess Dr. Krishna would have already crossed 50. So at this age, I don't think a man would have that much stamina to do that after 50's. He would be able to do it once in 3 or 6 months but that is not enough.

When Kokila made the initial decision she actually had Gopi's wellbeing at heart. Gopi was in a state of shock, not able to do anything for herself. Given how the rest of the family behaved badly towards them, Kokila was not wrong at that time.

Where she was wrong however was once when Gopi came to her senses she should never have emotionally blackmailed Gopi to complete the marriage.

Jigar, Paridi, Mona and even her own daughters banished Gopi from their thoughts and lives.

First of all Krishna did not have a right to marry a person who is not in her proper senses. Neither should Kokila have arranged for the marriage.
And when Gopi came to her senses before the marriage and was not willing to go ahead neither Krishna nor Kokila should have forced her. They could have given her time to think. They both did a great injustice towards Gopi.
