Episode begins with Kartik arriving at the civil court for the hearing.The clock strikes 12 i.e. the appointed time for the hearing.Kartik doesn't see Survi & so assumes that maybe Survi doesn't want to fight it out in court.He asks the lawyer not to go ahead with the case beacuse all he wanted was his daughter back,that he didn't intend to see Survi punished
