Please dont generalise the fan group and my two cent

Hello All,

I was a very much active Hina Khan/Akshara fan/ NaKsh/ YRKKH fan on this very forum since the beginning of this show way back in 2009. I asked MODS of the forum to lock my ID when I left this forum in 2012-13 (Due to lots of negativity). Created this new ID again just to stalk or share views some times 😆 as I am still a fan of this show, Akshara and NaKsh.

Enough of introduction, will get straight to the point 😆

I was silently reading some of the threads here and thought of sharing my views, this is in no way to offend anyone.

Lots of Hina Khan/Akshara fans/YRKKH fans who were very much active earlier left this forum way back. So, please don't club all Hina/Akshara/YRKKH fans in the bracket of haters/bashers and so on.
There are exception to every rules and so is the case here. As some of you may not like to be termed as Akshara basher due to some fans, the same goes for us.

We have survived in this forum with all kinds of fandom (Naitik/Akshara/Shava (Shaurya-Varsha)/Mohini (Mohit-Nandini)/Nikhil-Rashmi) for very long time till negativity creped in. We use to have lots of good Discussions/debates with respect to tracks on the show. It was a very much live and active forum.

Coming to Akshara's bridal attire. I myself criticized her on twitter with respect to the look of the character through out this wedding drama. I am not Christian but I am taught to respect others traditions and values. Being born and brought up in Mumbai and lived here in multi cultural society I am aware that its not ok to wear bridal white on someone's else wedding day if its a church wedding as a mark of respect to the bride.

But then I saw someone claiming here that its Hina's decision to wear the same going by some tweets of Suzanne (Which no one from team nor media confirmed) . Sorry to say, but Suzanne herself is contradicting in lots of her tweets with respect to YRKKH and its cast. Claiming Mohsin to be the lead of YRKKH going by Wikipedia, clearly over looking the fact that same Wikipedia show Hina and Karan above Mohsin as Leads of the Show. She is not even aware that Wikipedia can be edited. And the most important part is she is working on a 7 n half years successful TRP gainer show and she is not aware about its background and history. When she is not aware about the basic details of the show, how can she be aware about the internal team meeting and decisions?

I am in no way defending the blunder made by Creative/Actors involved they should be rightly criticized for the same so that henceforth they be extra careful but we can definitely give them benefit of doubt as no one intentionally tried to hurt the sentiments of the Christian Community. So I will request everyone to move on.

Lets move on the current track of the Show which is majorly about wedding and nothing else (Its like elephant's tail, never ending 😆). Where more space is given to Naira & Kartik and Gayatri is thrown in between 😆. As an old Akshara/NaKsh/YRKKH fan I am little disappointed with the CV's for lack of space to Akshara's character (I can understand about lack of NaKsh due to Naitik's absence). Off late she is just been demoted as a side character, which she is not. Akshara is still the female lead of the show whether anyone likes the sound of it or not.

But when I see the other side of the coin, I understand that the story must move on. They have to develop the New Characters so the show is not only reliant on the leads i.e. Naitik and Akshara. A breathing space is giving to the character/actor's/audience.

What I think is lacking from creative team is balancing act. They completely out focus other characters when they concentrate on new one. Now, I read about Duguu's love story track. I just hope they just don't completely side track Naira/Gayatri/Kartik track and focus on Duggu and his love story. Frankly speaking the love story can be interesting but due to my reservations about the actor (acting) playing the character I am not so hopeful 😆. I find Kartik quite interesting character with lot of mystery surrounding him. The actor has very good screen presence and acting prowess too. About Naira, I already mentioned in one of my post here that she is replica of Akshara. Just that her way of handling situation is different.

Last but not the least after a long time I am seeing this forum so active. Please continue with healthy debate & discussion and try to avoid or ignore those who try to disrupt it.

i guess this is the 1st post from a akshara-naitik fan with so much sanity n respect for other fandom.u can check every posts where ak-nk fans hv commented n how they hv treated kaira fans.we r new fans who r loving this show for whatever it has been shown but always get bashed by them.even before suzzane's tweet,here many ppl said wearing a white bridal gown is wrong but it was them who suddenly attacked us by saying "its a freaking show,lmfao,logo k pas faltu time etc etc" n regarding hina we said even if it was hina's decision makers should hv seen this section with care.anyways,we didnt attack hina or makers for this bridal attire issue.we just said its a mistake n could hv hurt christians sentiment but got mockery from other side.regarding leads old viewers may not accept this but mohsin shivangi rohan all r leads along with hina n karan.its 8yrs of a show n to continue this story makers hv introduced other lead characters keeping akshara n naitik as the captians of the ship.this is very much simple.so calling kaira duggu as side characters is wrong.i absolutely understand that old viewers wont like the focus on kaira or duggu its natural but for that was it necessary to attack kaira fans always if they criticise akshara in limit.kaira fans even got bashed for sayiing akshara cries a lot or akshara is mahan like really for this??we say all this for naira too that shes on verge of becoming mahan etc etc.we new fans r always keen on making a friendly environment but most of the ak-nk fans kept on fighting with us from day 1 even for the fact that we r posting much abt kaira n not akshara naitik.is it bad that another couple from yrkkh after so many days getting this much popularity after ak-nk?? enough of my rants m glad to see one sane post here.thank you!

Ashi 🤗 thanks for this thread... it made me nostalgic 🤗 miss the good old days but i agree it's nice to see the forum being active again 😃 i just hope the negativity doesn't take over again.

To all new fans/viewers of YRKKH please don't judge whole Naitik Akshara fan base on based on few people in the forum. I'm a very loyal Naitik Akshara fan and i'm glad to say I'm loving the jodi Kaira a lot. Just ignore the negativity and enjoy your fav jodi/actor and the show... 😃
