Prem came he has decided that he will tell her "Heer".

Totally loved Heer in that part. She knows he's got a secret
she doesn't know about. She wants to know it but only from him.
She is patiently waiting for him to tell.

the concern she has for him...
Everything was just brilliantly brought out.
The way she says "I am worried for you. You work too much.
This family depends upon you.
