Obviously stemmed from other topic but deserves it's own. Thinking of what Kareena was saying, I disagree with her the only actress working full fledged, but she's definitely one of the FEW.
How many actresses can you think of that continued acting at the same pace and full fledged careers.
And this doesnt mean actress that come back after 5 years, act in 1 film with friends, and then disappear for another 4 years. That's not working full time, that's working part time.
Discuss why there's such a dearth of married actresses, but most actors are married.
Societal pressures? Self imposed exiles by the women themselves after marriage? Children? In Laws that possibly disapprove?

Actresses that continued with Full Fledged Careers:
Kareena, Vidya
Actresses that took maternity break and are coming back full time:
Aishwarya (break started with Aradhya and sorta ended when she felt she could be taken care of well enough until Mom is at work)
Actresses that left post marriage:
Kajol (I don't count 1 film every few years as a career, its more dependent on her mood, like a hobby)
Madhuri (same goes for her)
Juhi Chawla
Rani Mukherjee
