The CVs are doing an eldest to youngest. They started with Shivaay, then moved on to Omkara and will gradually proceed to Rudr. Hence why, we are having an overdose of AnShi at the moment. Each fandom will have this phase where their couple is given a major chunk of the episode or the whole of it. Plus, with the vanwaas track looming over the show as shown from the initial promos, as Shivaay is helming the Oberoi empire and is also more or less the one responsible for the comfort and happiness of his brothers, he needs to be emotionally stable when the track happens - irrespective of whether it is he who leaves or Omkara. And Shivaay cannot transform until AnShi happens. So, the focus is more on AnShi first.
Also, I think the reason that CVs are delaying the RuMya track is possibly because they're waiting for AnShi and Ishkara to happen. Once Shivaay and Omkara are both occupied with their girls, Rudr will be left out and that's when he will start going back to college (😆) and also hanging out with the girls. Also because he'd be feeling lonely and left out will he strike a bond with Soumya which will fill the void left by his brothers' absence. Because for starters, Soumya is not going to be like any girl, ala typical girlfriend material so the possibility of her soon becoming his emotional support is high.
P.S: I don't do discussion threads in the forum but when we were discussing this in the RudrAT, Amina-Zahra suggested sharing this perspective in the forum to spread understanding and reduce negativity.
