Part 17:-

Arjun(looking to aaditya who is playing in cradle):-nahi Anandita.. Iss bacche ko anatho ki zindagi nahi jine dunga mein..mere hote hue toh kabhi nahi..pari ke andar ki ma ko usake andar ki aurat se jyada strong kaise banana he ye mein janta hu..

Anandita look to Arjun..he has determination on his face..Anandita nodded with hope..

Next day..

Riya open her eyes..n saw Arjun sitting besides her..

Arjun:-good morning pari..

She just stared him sadly because she don't feel anything good in her life now..

Arjun:-dekho..ab tum ye apne sad expression dena band karo..trust me..aaj ka din bahot hi accha hone wala he..

Riya:-hmm..?

Arjun:-ha..kal tumne kaha tha na ke mein baby ko tumse dur le jau..bas meine tumhari baat maan li he..baby is going .

Riya(shocked):-what .?matlab kya he tumhara..?

Arjun:-are woh Anandita he na..usse baby bahot pasand he. .issiliye woh Aur usake husband baby ko le ja rahe he.

Riya(panicked):-le ja rahe he matlab..?kaha le ja rahe he..??

Arjun:-apne ghar..

Riya(angrily):-tum pagal ho jun..?tum aise kaise baby ko kisike bhi sath bhej sakhte ho..?

Arjun:-are kisike bhi sath kaha..?Anandita ko mein janta hu..Aur acp ranbeer yani Anandita ka hubby..usse bhi mein janta hu..I know they will take care of baby..don't worry..

Riya:-but..how..u..

Same time door bell rings..

Arjun:-lo..I think Anandita aayi he ..baby ko lene..mein usse baby ko deke aata hu..fir tumhari tension khatam..no problem will be there in between woman n mother inside u..

Saying this Arjun rush out without waiting for Riya's reply..

Riya(yell):-jun ruko..jun ruko..

But he had already left..

Riya use her all strength ..get up from bed..n slowly come out of her room taking support of wall .

She saw Anandita playing with baby..n Arjun looking to them..

Riya come to them somehow..

She almost snatch baby from Anandita's hand..

Anandita look to Arjun,his plan had worked..

Riya:-no..u can't take baby Anandita..

Riya then turn to Arjun..

Riya:-jun..baby is not going anywhere.. Samze tum..?

Arjun:-samaz gaya pari..bilcul samaz gaya..

Riya stared Arjun..she realize what she just did..mother inside her has overpower all other things..

Riya(hesitatedly):-radha..baby ko lo..

Radha took baby in her hand..

Riya is feeling dizzy..

Arjun took her in his arms n take her bedroom n make her lye..

Arjun(caresses her hairs):-u take rest..mein abhi aaya..

Arjun walking towards door but stop on track hearing Riya's voice..

Riya:-jun..

Arjun turn n look to her..

Arjun(as if read her mind):-dont worry..baby will not go anywhere..

Saying this he goes out leaving Riya lost in her thoughts..

Anandita:-that's very good Arjun..ur plan works..

Arjun nodded slightly..

Anandita:-u know her in n out..woh kis situation me kaise react karegi..?kya decision legi..ye sab tumhe pata he..

Arjun:-hmm..

Anandita:-par Arjun..Riya ne baby ko Jane se toh rok liya..lekin firse baby ko radha ke hath me de diya ..

Arjun:-woh issliye kyo ki pari abhi kashmkash me he..but don't worry dheere dheere baby Aur pari ko kaise kareeb lana he ye muzpe chod do. Ek na ek din pari aaditya ko pure dil se zarur apnayegi..

Anadita nodded with smile n left..

After more 4 days ..

Anandita come to regular visit to Riya..

After visiting Riya,anandita n Arjun are sitting in sofa n having tea..

Anandita:-kya hua Arjun..?tum aaj kuch jyada hi pareshan lag rahe ho..?

Arjun:-kal meri Dr.mishra se baat hui..she said its high time now..Riya have to started taking food now..otherwise her condition will get wrost..meine kal bhi usse juice pilane ki koshish ki..par no..Aur aaj subah bhi nahi liya..samaz nahi aa raha kya karu..

Anandita:-hmm..sach me its high time..she have to eat now..until she can't be physically strong she can't be mentally strong..

Arjun is sitting with worried face..

Anandita decide to change his mood..

Anandita:-waise mein kal Riya ki file study kar rahi thi toh pata chala kuch hi dino pehale usaka birthday hua..but I m really late to know it..

Arjun:-hmm..Aur uss din meine pari ko kisi tarah cake bhi khilwaya tha..(sadly)usake liye gift bhi laya tha par..usaki condition aise nahi thi ke gift ke bare me soche bhi..toh gift diya hi nahi..

Anandita (pout):-par tum usake liye yaad se gift toh leke aaye the..ranbeer toh muze credit card thama dete he..Aur Jo chahe le lo bolate he..

Arjun shook his head in disbelief..

Anandita (again pout):-khair muze toh iss baat ka yakin ho gaya he ke tum acp's kuch innovative,accha ,soch hi nahi sakhte..

Arjun:-oh come on..sare acps ko target mat karo..Aur waise bhi ranbeer aisa issliye karta hoga taki tum tumhe Jo accha lage woh le sakho..

Anandita:-oh..lage tum usaki side lene..pata he ek birthday pe meine bola ke iss baar shopping nahi..toh ranbeer ne kaha ke Jo mein bolugi woh karege..Aur jab meine unse bola ke ham ghar me ek puppy late he toh..usane ye kehke mana kar diya ke usse puppy pasand nahi..Aur muze ek boring si place pe dinner ke liye le gaya..

Arjun again shook his head in disbelief..

But suddenly he remember something..

Flashback:-

(Plz consider Arjun is remembering this)

(Its Riya's 5th birthday..Arjun is 9 years old..both families live in pune n are neighbour)

Riya's birthday celebration is going on..

Riya:-mamma..jun kyo nahi aaya ab tak..?

Shobha:-aa jayega beta(her gaze fell on door)lo..aagaye woh log..

Naina n suryakant enter with Arjun..

Riya run to them..

Riya(excitedly):-jun..tum mere liye kya gift laye ho..?

Shobha:-Riya .ye kya baat hui..?aise koi gift mangta he bhala..

Riya pout n all smiles..

Naina:-oh..ho shobha..dat diya na meri bacchi ko..ab woh gift nahi mangegi toh Aur kyon mangega..birthday girl he woh..

Riya smiles..

Shobha:-tum log late kyo ho gaye ..?Riya ne kab se rat laga rakhi he jun kyo nahi aaya..

Naina:-hmm..usake jun ne itna time lagaya na gift lene me..

Riya looking to jun..who has hide something to his back..

Riya:-jun..do na gift.

Arjun smiles n bring his hand infront..he is holding a small basket which contains a cute small puppy..

Riya:-wow..

Riya yell excitedly..n immigiately took the basket from Arjun's hand..

Shobha(who don't like puppy much):-oh my god..puppy.

Suryakant:-we know shobha..ke tumhe puppy pasand nahi he..par ye Arjun man hi nahi raha tha..

Naina:-Aur bhale hi shobha ko pasand na ho..par Riya ko puppies kitne pasand he ye janti ho..?kuch dino pehale school se aate waqt Riya ek puppy leke aayi thi..tum datogi issliye hamare ghar leke aayi thi..fir kya Arjun n Riya ne uss puppy ke sath itna khela ke pucho mat. .par agale din watchman ne gate khula chod diya toh puppy kahi chala gaya..fir tumhari beti ne bahot roya.. Aur tabse mere bete ne ek hi zid pakad li ke Riya ko iss birthday pe ek puppy gift karna he..

All giggle.

Ramesh:-dekho shobha..mein Aur meri beti iss puppy ka dhyan rakhege..tum fikar mat karo..

All smiles .

Suryakant:-are Riya beta..ab iss puppy ka koi naam bhi rakho..

Riya(smiles):-isaka naam na sheru hoga..

Arjun:-ekdam bakwas naam he. Woh puppy he..sher nahi ke usaka naam sheru rakho..

Riya make puppy face..

Arjun(in complaining tone,to shobha):-aunty..isse bahot hi bakwas naam pasand aate ke..pata he kal garden me uss latika ko keh rahi thi ke usaka naam bahot accha he..

All smiles..

Shobha:-riya beta..Arjun tumhare liye gift laya he na..toh puppy ka naam Arjun ke pasand ka rakh lo..

Riya:-OK mamma..(she turn to Arjun):bolo jun ke tumhe sheru naam pasand he..

Jun(irritedly):-par muze ye naam pasand nahi toh mein kyo bolu..?

Riya:-nahi..tumhe bhi ye naam pasand karna he..bolo na isaka naam sheru hi rakhege..

Arjun(irritated):-thik he..

Kyo ki usse pata he Riya se behes karne ka koi fayada nahi..woh usse apni baat manwa ke rahegi hamesha ki tarah..

Ramesh:-chodo Arjun beta..Riya bilcul tumhari aunty (means shobha)pe gayi he..ye bhi aise hi muzse har baat manwa leti he..

Ramesh,surya,naina laugh..shobha shook her head in disbelief.. N smiles..

Arjun n Riya ko unki bato ka meaning uthna samaz nahi aa raha lekin woh bhi smile karte he..

Arjun:-ab muzse gift le liya na..?ab toh cake cut kar..

All smiles..n they celebrate Riya's birthday..

Flashback end..

Anandita:-Arjun..Arjun..

Arjun come out of his memory lane..

Arjun:-umm?

Anandita:-kabse tumhe aawaz de rahi hu..kaha kho gaye the..?

Arjun:-woh mein..mein..(suddenly something strucks to him,he says excitedly):-Anandita.. Ab bas tum dekho ab pari ko khana hi padega..

Anandita look to him puzzled .

After some time Arjun left to office..

Next morning:-

Riya is sitting on bed n look lost in her thoughts..

Arjun enter inside room holding a tray with juice glass ..

Arjun:- good morning pari..

She don't say anything.. Just look him..

Arjun:-see..tumhare liye mein lekar aaya hu juice..ur favorite..

Riya sigh..

Arjun:-chalo..lo..

Riya:muze nahi Lena he jun..mera kuch bhi khane ka man nahi he..

Arjun:-ye tumhara aakhri decision he?

Riya don't say anything..
