It's not uncommon to see actors walk out of their pet projects when their demands are not met. A similar situation recently occurred recently on the sets of "Ishq Ka Rang Safed." It seems the lead actress, Eisha Singh, had quit the show a few weeks back due to some issues with the production house. Following suit is her co-star Mishal Raheja, who walked out of the show over monetary issues with the producer, Pintoo Guha.


A source from the show informs us: "Mishal Raheja was miffed with the production house, because even after a year of the show, the makers did not increase his payment. The show was initially just five days a week, and Mishal had signed up for over 25 days a month with the production house. Then the show became six days a week, but no one demanded a hike, because it was in the contract. However, after a year when the actor demanded a hike, the production house refused the actor. In spite of having several discussions with the producer, nothing changed for the actor. This forced the actor to take a drastic step and put down his papers."


Raheja in an interview said that his contract was over, and the production house didn't think it was wise to renew it. So he left. Well we wonder if the makers will now rope in a new actor in place of Raheja. Singhwas replaced by Sanjeeda Sheikh, but there is also a speculation that the production house may just kill the character and introduce someone new.
