After severe debate and at length discussions with (silent)/well wishers out here in the forum and along with myself - I have reached at a conclusion to simply close this thread from my end.
There are a few matters which I want to discuss and I wish all those concerned would pause to give their precious time.
Firstly, Saniya's health is a matter of grave concern and I think it has been ugly to tag her health conditions with matters of what she has done or not. As far as my knowledge goes as well as with the consensus of a doctor within this forum, we know that a simple post cannot send a woman to ventilator.
No, this does not mean I am accusing Saniya's health to be a makeup story - never.
All that I am saying is that I truly hope that Saniya's family look deeper into Saniya's health and try to find the true cause and in fact, I request all to give her privacy to her health. Whatever happens to her - she has the right to remain quiet about her and I can affirm on behalf of every forum member that we want nothing except her good health.
I apologise on behalf of all those whose words may have been a bit too aggressive for a few people's liking.
I am clarifying, for the last time, that I did not insult Saniya under any condition. Those who feel so may re read MY POST and see that I've done anything what a real reporter does. Simply exposed a word to word copied story.
For those who appreciate works of art - such copying is a heinous crime (it is also acknowledged by the constitution of India, United States of America, United Kingdom, Canada, etc.). There can be legal action against Saniya and God forbid that happens!
Fourth Point
For all those who think I decided to leave the forum because of Saniya, Zingo or RaizadaPriya - please... none of these people are responsible for my decision.
It's because I realised that just in case, in future, if someone steals my works word to word and copies it - all my hard work and effort will simply go to waste cause plagiarising "is a so called crime." I have had the option to launch my works separately as books on priced platforms but the only reason I came here was because, yes, I am a fangirl of the story Reporters which inspired me to write here for them and the people out here. But I doubt if there's any security for my works out here.
Still I ponder if it is right to punish my readers for my own conundrum!?
I had a few more stories ready for you all, but can you all assure me security of my work? Let me warn you that I do not accuse Saniya/Zingo to steal my work or anybody else's. Not at all. They had their "innocent" reasons this time; but in fact, I would be overjoyed to find them as readers as well.
I would like to state that I have never copied works myself and my own works are under legal protection. This is just being informed if anyone thinks what "right" I had to point out at a plagiarist.
I don't apologise for making this thread. Yes, my best wishes are with Saniya and her family but I am not apologetic for exposing a plagiarist. Oh by the way, this is the second time I'm doing this. The first time I had aided Avantika and Ritu to expose a plagiarist and boy, they took down the girl to true hell.
Considering them... I'm pretty saint right now.
I have nothing more to state except that I wish nobody copies more in future and over that - don't tell me sorry or stuff like that. I am no one to judge. I have simply acted out like a lawyer in this scenario.
I will not further explain what's plagiarism, what's inspiration, what's right or what's wrong.
No man could be wise enough to change his thoughts in a day.
However, on this day I would like to mention that my respect for Zannat has reached beyond boundaries. She truly learnt her mistake and has turned out to be one of the most respected members of this forum. An example indeed!

Of course Saniya's apology means the most and more than me - for Jeffery Archer and Grey's Anatomy's scriptwriters...
I do not wish to drag this any further.
I apologise still, if my words have caused any personal hurt to Saniya for I have tried to be at my polite best. One of the largest reasons why I am stopping this midway is because I truly want Saniya to recover beyond everything.
And if "mental" stress is the issue, I certainly want the best of her health.
I have no words for Zingo/applechoco. Just the word that may your fiancee recover as soon as possible. May this Eid bring in health and vitality for her.
All those who have had several negative opinions about me or not - I respect you to keep your decisions about me just the same.
