I will disagree with most of the predictions here that Kinjal becomes the 2nd woman because till date no Balaji woman lead has ever chosen this route. Not even Prerna-Anurag story had this twist. So the way I see it is K-K getting married and then Neena making K fall in love with her to hurt Kinjal. Also maybe Ekta will try and say how determination can change fate as Kinjal would take it up as a challenge.

Whatever happens, Kinjal will not fall in love with a married man, no matter how unhappy Neena makes Kanav. And Kanav does not believe in love and is ruthless enough to get married for business. That kind of guy wouldn't fall in love unless he observes a girl from close quarters and realizes her good points.

Anyways we all know how the predictions keep on changing, remember Kyunki and KAA.
