Sid asks photographers not to click pics of him at airport with Alia

While rumour mills worked overtime over a break-up, Mirror (June 25) reported that Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra were enjoying a brief break in London, far away from the Bay's prying eyes. He made a stopover on his way to Mumbai after wrapping up the Miami schedule of the next Bang Bang film.

She had taken off to the Queen's City with BFF Akanksha Ranjan for some downtime after Udta Punjab the 23-year-old actress invited a bunch of her close friends to her new Juhu residence to formally introduce Sidharth as her beau. Post that the duo was ready for another vacation and spotted arriving at the Mumbai airport together on Thursday at 8 am. While Alia graciously posed for pictures, a disgruntled Sid asked the photographers to not click him. Later, his publicist asked them not to release the pictures because he was going on "personal work".

When Mirror enquired about their destination, the actress's publicist refused to share any details while Sidharth's spokesperson informed that he was headed for a work assignment, only to call up later and say that he was actually headed to Delhi for some personal work. Ahem, ahem!
