Well i am generally not found of romantic shows i rarely ever like a couple enough to watch a show for them.I have only seen one of Gul's show's before i.e was QH and that too not for the lead pair but for the other one.I watch Ishqbaaz every now and then since i like stories based on sibling bond.

So just wanted to know do people actually find this guy pushing and pulling a girl ,bullying her etc romantic?I know Gul's shows are famous for all this but do people really like all this and find it romantic.I mean honestly for me today SHivay and Anika's scenes were little overboard.

I mean yes she shouldn't have thrown a bucket of water on him but using physical force on a girl.Pulling and pushing her here and there forcibly bringing her close to you.Its a bit too much for me.I mean its hard now for me to see them as romantic partners.Just wanted to know what other's think?

But isnt this force.Somehow i find it hard to buy into such love stories.I mean i can understand when main leads fall into each other's arms or embrace by mistake etc but this scene is different. This is forcefully getting physical.

Yaar every person is different .. every person has their own way to react or act ...this is his way ..that's how shivaay is ...he wants what he wants ..by hook or crook...and i am pretty sure anika will not tolerate this .. and she will give him good retort ...these two are tit for tat

enjoy the show yaar stop complaining 😃

Hey,new here.
I agree,it wasn't romantic.It was intimidating.He simply did it to crack her,crowd her into submission.For a measly sorry.
But,alas, some find it somewhat romantic. We are fangirls,we'll sail a non existent ship if we put our mind to it.
Wait till they bring about his redemption,it's creative license to prove a point. To show change, they mostly opt for such things.

well i watch it for the bromance as well

Shivay and Anika may not be in love now but isn't this beginning of their love track..Isnt all this pushing and pulling supposed to bring them closer?Personally i dont prefer this kind of love tracks.

It is something every hero of TV does!!!😡 😡 😡 😡 😡

It isn't minutely romantic and I wonder how the heroines fall in love with them!!!!😕

Is it any wonder that I take almost 7 years to find a hero to fall in love with??

I am not watching this show for the repetitive love-hate story of the MB hero and heroine!!!!🥱 🥱 🥱

I am watching it for Om who does remind me of a hero I loved and of course the cute bonding between the brothers!!!!😊 😊 😊

By all logical standards, the pushing and pulling isn't romantic. It's called manhandling and there can never be anything romantic about that. That being said, it doesn't matter what logic says about this. In tellywood, forceful pushing, pulling, slamming to walls, getting uncomfortably close in someone's personal space etc are considered romantic tropes meant to show love and affection. Gul Khan started this trend with her show Geet Hui Sabse Parayi and kept repeating it till now. And every time shows which show this kinda "romance" become hit. So no matter what our brains say about it...ab tou ye hi hai romance TV pe.
