For me it is Mariska Hargitay for everything she does for victims of sexual assault. Olivia Benson is not merely a character for her, she has embodied the spirit of Benson.

Rahul Bose, I feel he's majorly underrated since he's not in main stream cinema but from what I've heard and read about him, he seems to be rare few gems of Bollywood.
