Om and Dil Chahta Hai's Sid

Did anyone else got reminded of Sid of Dil Chahta hai played by Akshay Khanna, while watching Om?
In his introductory scene, his philosophical outlook in yesterday's episode all are so similar to Sid. Sid was a painter and philosophical, calm, composed man in Dil Chahta Hai.
I am not sure about how Omkara's character will unfold further but from what's shown so far I see a lot of resemblance to Sid.



On a lighter note, how many of feel Shivay and Omkara got exchanged at birth or got gene transferred 😆 Going by the precap Shivay is a lot like Tej, also dadi's description of him as initiating relationship even of hatred with only equal wealthier and status people rather than with the people of equal virtue.
Omkara seems to be valuing more of virtues than wealth, which seems like Shakti, though not sure of Shakti's real face yet.

I do see the similarities. . Sid was a sweet bloke with a poetic heart and art in his vision. He saw good things in people and is not judgemental. Let's hope Omkara is similar 😉

I don't know about did by ibdo know the person who are artist in any field like music sketch painting or sculpture usually tend to be calm poetic philosphical

Omkara is the character I am watching out for..
