So welcome back to my thread and before we proceed any further let me take this one moment to halt and thank the wonderful souls out here who have taken their time, to sit back and read whatever I spin and encouraged me to go on. I might not be able to say this again but after hundreds of words that I have penned only two matter and I dedicate it to all the beautiful souls that I have met here. Thank You!😳😳
And now let us begin sailing on the sea that is soon to embrace a thunderous storm. Yes, for the stage is set and dices are rolled...all this game now awaits is rise of the curtain.
To begin with we have a lot of plots and counter plots weaved one over the other that ultimately merges into one: The Oberoi Empire. Like it or hate it this is going to be the crux and pinnacle of both elixir and poison that is being churned out by Tej, Pinki, Svetlana (yup sweets, she is Svetlana and not Shweta!!😆) and that faceless entity that is Ashok. One can throw calculated guess that Jhanvi and Shakti would be far away from the center of power. They might act as forces counter-acting and maintaining equilibrium of sorts. But I cannot bring myself to trust Shakti at this point of time.
The canvas opens with murky color of power play. A Cabinet Minister arrives at Tej's doorstep intending to subtly humiliate him and ends up at the feet of the monster of the man that he is. Tej can go to any extent to crush and ravage his opponents or the ones he deem as potential threats. It is not a good sign for the immediate threat to his sinister plots are the ObBros. Their almost invincible bond is at risk and he might as well find an Achilles heel to the same. If it does happen then the howling winds would unleash a storm. Tej is the first player of this game. His lust for power and ungovernable control speaks of an impending doom.
Then there is Svetlana. The person who knows your secrets is not necessarily your friend. One should always be cautious enough to treat them as a dormant omen...one whose awakening will bring the muck of abyss to your doorsteps. There is something seriously wrong about her, I am afraid by the time Oberois realize the same they would already be in a personal Limbo. Her exchange with Jhanvi showed that this is a woman who can stoop to any lows and has practically nothing to lose; one should fear such people for such varieties are the boldest and can stake anything and everything.
Jhanvi is a breathing example of women who are slaughtered like sacrificial lambs at altars without giving two hoots as to what they want. I am sure she must have been a political leverage for Tej and that is the reason behind his marriage to her. She gave him legitimate' children and her job in his life was over. Now she is left to roam around like a hollow shadow...one that doesn't have an identity of its own.
Next today's episode gave major hints at what is in store for us. It began with Dadi's assessment of inherit strength and weakness that the brothers carry within them.
Shivaay Shakti Oberoi, the eldest one has just one thing about him that doubles as both his weakness and strength. He believes in having friends and foes from an equal and congruent status. For anything else he wouldn't engage himself whatsoever. Now the question at hand is how to analyze this? Was it a barb at the brothers themselves or his love life that in form of love-hate saga has already begun. If it was for Anika then we know how a girl wins over her man's heart which leaves us with nothing to worry about...but if it was for the brothers then the agitation rises. While all the brothers are the protg of the Oberoi lineage their merit levels aren't at the same pedestal. Was this an indication of the fact that Shivaay can seemingly desert his other halves when this weakness/strength takes the better of him? Or will he shed this inhibition?
Omkara Tej Oberoi, the second one cannot take adulteration in his life. He cannot stand corruption of basic integrity as that is a sacrilege for him. So how will he react to real life situation where tampering is as essential as breathing? We all know a little bit of corruption runs in all of us no matter how much we try and deny the same. It takes magnanimous proportions when we are caught in a peril or are trying to catch others in a peril. Shivaay being a biz tycoon is bound to take a corrupt method to ensure a greater good. He is bound to deviate at one point much to Omie's agitation. Will Om be able to stand that? Or will that be the reason for one massive chink in the armor that protects the ObBros?
Rudra Shakti Oberoi, is plain but he too carries a massive flaw...he believes in what he sees. Though this might not look like an issue to worry about but it is. Visuals are the biggest deception. Tomorrow when he sees a supposed crack in the relation between his elder brothers will he jump to save and plaster it will be the one to cause superlative tears in the same.
The questions are many and look like at the end of it the answer is that a test of fire awaits the brothers. Whether they hurt or heal after this is what we need to watch out for.
But either way the loser in the end would not be solely the ObBros but Priyanka Piku' Oberoi as well. She has no coping mechanism apart from her brothers. She would hardly survive a fall out amid them...she is the biggest stake that brothers have and she might also become the adhesive in troubled times.
And yes how can one forget about the Shadow Player Ashok? I am making a special mention of him in his absentia because he is one we need to focus on. The man he set up to alight himself at the Oberoi function was clearly told the lighter won't work and he'd be safe. But we did see a burning spectacle...this is enough for us to know that Tej and Shakti are right at being anxious over this man...whosoever he is.
Two scenes that deserve a special mention, first being the obvious bromance during the Maha Aartii sequence. Om, Shivaay and Rudra might be different in their tastes but are one and the same. All being guided and being manifested by the same core of feelings. Just like their names...there is no difference in their encore as well.
Second being Dadi's assessment of the fact that you cannot draw a line over water...in today's times we might as well put coastal guards and keep fighting over the same creating troubles but at the end of the day the molecular structure of it would remain identical. So there might be turbulent times ahead but the end is going to be a smooth sailing without a doubt.
Okay and before I wrap this up I have to make a mention of the precap. Looks like the icy wind has reached our ObBros...to what degree will it strike is what we need to see.
And looks like Gul is going to deliver on her promise of giving us a non-conforming female lead. Anika held someone by the collar...now give me tomorrow's episode already!
P.S. I did a late night reviewing...mujhe chocolate chaiye iske liye. Haan!😆
