I don't think it makes sense if ishu stay back for ruhi k liye or pihu k liye... Only if Raman wants her back n ready to clean the mess she could stay back... Coz pihu doesn't know anything about Ishita n she is happy with her Shagun mamma n pappa.. As far as ruhi is concerned she doesn't hold any grudges against her biological mother... Adi is matured enough to understand the situation if ishu convinces him...
So this time Raman has to stop for himself else there is no meaning to the title of the show...my pov

what if for revenge ruhi says she wants her papa and shagun mama together and than only she will fully come back.
Pihu knows nothing of ishita being her mother,therefore this will be raman ultimate redemption,battling for ishita .
i know this is highly unlikely but a nice way to show everyone how much ishita means to him.

Raman was nearly married to shagun and ruhi wanted this,so ishra faking a relationship is silly,ruhi is a teenager not a 7 year old anymore.
