Hey I wonder one thing when Pihu knows she has only 1 mother, and is not aware of the fact that her biological mother is Ishita, then why on earth sometimes she refer Shagun as "Shagun Mumma" and not just "Mumma"...
I mean the above case was fine with ADI and RUHI because they knew they had 2 mothers one Ishita and another Shagun, that's why it was fine when they use to call their mothers by their name... as Shagun Mumma and Ishima...
But when Pihu just have 1 mother why in most of the scenes she calls Shagun as "Shagun Mumma"...
No kid will call his/her mom like that, kids normally call mother as Mom/Mumma/Mummy but not as X Mumma or Y Mumma...
I think the director should use some sense while shooting scenes with Ruhanika, and should see to it that Ruhanika is now Pihu and not Ruhi, so she should be told to call Shagun just Mumma, and not Shagun Mumma
