When his mom behave rudely to you, he cancelled everything for you. waited 5 hours despite you giving him appointment for 5hrs back. And did not even ask you for any explanation.
Gave you a new life (saved you in your toughest time), got you blood on time by being wise the person he is, and coz of his good nature - his employees did help.

Seeing you hungry, he cooks for you. To make you feel better, he says he is also hungry. So that you do not feel the complex.

When he proposed you, he did not do any dreamy fantasy showing off money kinda proposal. Badi jaldi hai, aap ye saare bhul gaye... aapko unke har baat pe ulti jawab dena, and you get personalised every time, when things dont go the way you think. (can cite 2 egs, colourful shirt chose karte waqt, wen the cake got ruined by his laptop throwing - you acted like he is totally irresponsible)
Bande ne baat sahi tarah present na kar paya, aap toh unpe bhadakne lage. Usne clear kiya ta pehle se hi, that he is only talking about Neha-Ranveer and not about u 2. Phir bhi? you tell baat ko ander matt rakh.. kehke bhi unhone kya khaas paya? aur dukh tumne bhi diya, saath nibhaane ka vaada kuch lafzon mein hai kya? More than Dev's soch, i think now you need to retract and admit the fact that in no way are yours and Ranveer's state same, nor is Dev and Neha similar when it comes to life n its priorities.
You are independent n employed, and you have a passion. Honest and sincere. Ranveer also does the same.
Dev is successful, independent only at work, but personally grounded by others' thoughts.
Neha is dependent on her family for support, as she is not educated as they all are, and feels inferior to not being able to chose what she wants for herself.
Hope now atleast you will look into his life's balance sheet.. All he have is you as his support, and if you only go away from him or speak to him rudely.
How can he become better? And when will you return his love in the way he does?
Even today he is waiting 2 hrs in the rain just seeking forgiveness from you.
Is this not enough a proof for you that Dev's love is not same as Ranveer to Neha?
There is no class or stature here... remember he is true to his words... he ate chilly for you to prove he is loyal..Despite that you forgot his biggest love confession - "I love you as a Man loves a Woman"
