Casting couch may be consensual at the end of the day and ppl do compromise even in the corporate world but a lot of this borders on exploitation..Its actually sad that Karan would rather give Fawad a role cos he sleeps with him rather than the fact that the guy is talented and gave a kickass performance in their previous collaboration..And then ppl wonder why Bollywood is filled with such worthless actors 😆

I agree with this, it basically is abuse and exploitation considering that this is work and we have someone in a position of power with someone who has no power. Gay for pay is a choice and consensual but it can also be that the person of lesser power is doing all this under some sort of coercion or duress. I mean, not in the direct sense but an individual may have this fear that if they do not return the other more powerful person's advances, it can be damaging to their career (even before it kicks off).
