I find the whole thing so disturbing😕 I mean yeah, its consensual at the end of the day and these ppl willingly get into it to further their careers but its incredibly disturbing..And we are expected to sympathize with this guy when he writes essays on his loneliness and the trolling he receives on social media..

I have stopped sympathising , don't know if it's a good or a bad thing. As much as he cries about loneliness or trolling, he was also part of the process which trolled homosexuals on-screen. Because of who he is , power dynamics , it's not hard to say or feel it's part of him pr gimmick. But then if that essay gave any homosexual some power, some strength then good ..personally I don\t feel for any of these b-towners now.

Consensual at work places is also a sort of abuse. Here, if this is true, the film maker is leveraging his power to bed candidates , the bait is career , pressure. Thats abuse no..we do have laws about this at workplaces in India ofcourse b-town doesn't operate like a "work place".

I don know..I find Karan incredibly fake..I just cannot get myself to take him seriously 😆 The whole 'why only me', 'am so lonely', 'ppl always troll me' nonsense is incredibly annoying..He almost encourages his guests on KWK to troll and bash other actors, they look down upon less successful/ not so elite actors on the show, he has the most stereotypical portrayal of homosexuals in his films, he has questions like 'if you were forced at gun point, which guy would you sleep with' etc. and we are supposed to feel sorry for his plight 😆

Casting couch may be consensual at the end of the day and ppl do compromise even in the corporate world but a lot of this borders on exploitation..Its actually sad that Karan would rather give Fawad a role cos he sleeps with him rather than the fact that the guy is talented and gave a kickass performance in their previous collaboration..And then ppl wonder why Bollywood is filled with such worthless actors 😆
