No no it was an almost kiss, the proximity was way too high and normally friends do not do that so that's why it is all awkward.

About Shravan's shirt being different, you know na Mr.Malhotra is famous for the time he spends changing his clothes,even Sumo knows😆

Coming to the serious point he might have changed because he was wearing an office suit and since now he was free,he might have changed into something comfortable.
