Shagun is negative and wants Raman. Mani is + and wants Ishu. Its coz 1 is - and Raman should know better than to give hope to a sleeping snake. Which with the wedding he has done. Ishita is abit selfish with Mani she knows he loves her but doesn't want to be anything more then friends and doesn't want him to go out of her life either. She is using him. Bt still he isn't negative. Until he is + I dnt think many would bash him or Ishu. Bt Raman should know better.

It's because Shagun was shown as a negative person in the past and it does make some people think she might turn negative again and therefore a threat for Raman-Ishita.

On the other hand, Mani is shown as a positive guy who is a sincere friend to Ishita and can go out of his way to make Ishita smile/happy. Therefore many thinks he is not a threat to Raman-Ishita relationship.

Yes opinions would have been different regarding Mani-Ishita, if Mani was shown negative in the past or now. 😊 Hope this makes sense! 😊

P.S. There is a thin line, in criticising someone and bashing someone! I rather perfer to criticise this matter because criticising favours a healthy discussion. 😃

For me IshMani and ShaRam are the same. It's not that one can harm more than the other as we have seen the effect of Shagun's presence on Ishita and Raman's relationship many times and from the way Raman behaved and was affected by Mani in Sept. of 2014, I believed Mani can be equally damaging to Ishita and Raman. In fact why did Raman behave the way he did after seeing ishita alive, was it not because Mani was around and Ishita had been with him for 7 years?

However Shagun can do more damage as of now because of the equation with Pihu. Ishita has not been faking a relationship while Raman has, making Shagun more of a potential danger than Mani. And as others have mentioned before, Ishita has never agreed to marriage with Mani while Raman may go on to do the same as we have already seen him agree for marriage, luckily to have it stopped due to Ruhi being found. In my opinion, more than the fact that Shagun & Raman have shared a relationship in the past, the fact that they are faking a marriage right now is the real matter of worry.

Other than that matter, I find no difference between the two.

Thats okay, but if Ishita has to stay in Bhalla House, Shagun is a threat not Mani. If no one handles Shagun, she will go back to Australia or wherever, it does not matter... The fact is surrogacy and Raman always ensured that Shagun was in their lives. Plus if there was no romance, Raman proclaimed her as asli maa, and got married to her. plus he did not stop the wedding and did not ultimately do it for Ishita, he did it for Ruhi. Thats the way Cvs have shown us. And thereafter Raman never told Shagunwe r not getting married etc... she reminded him even during the Ruhi search and he did not deny. So Shagun is reminding Ishita that she needs to go back and she got that confidence due to Raman. Again thats what CVs have shown us. We know that Ishita wont marry Mani, we thought Raman wont marry Shagun, but Raman and his ego and anger issues make him do almost anything in haste and repent at leisure. After abusing Ishita for over 6 weeks and not wanting her at all, just one or two monologues and already people want Ishita to tell him everything etc. With Pihu close to Shagun and Ishita having already just spoken about custody, she was asked by Pihu to go away. So she wont do anything now to make Shagun more insecure. Let us see who tells Pihu Ishita aint haarwaali aunty. Or if Raman clarifies to Shagun that she should stop daydreaming!

Ishita has shown Mani his place in her life. Raman hasn't. He himself doensnt know what or who he wants.

Because Raman was about to marry Shagun...wait...he actually would have married Shagun if Romi hadn't informed him that Nidhi was alive. Because Raman, in front of the whole society, burnt Ishita's clothes and announced he would marry Shagun who was his 'bachchon ki ma', and also that Shagun had never cheated him. Because ishita has clearly told Mani several times that he is just a friend, and can never be more than that. Because even while dancing, she told him, why not...we are friends. And finally because Mani is a far more decent person than Shagun and is harmless, at least now...while Shagun already has started plotting against Ishita! As far as her convincing Raman to dance with Shagun was concerned...why wouldn't she? Raman has repeated over and over again that he would marry Shagun. Naturally ishita feels that Shagun's feelings shouldn't hurt.
