I have a different view. Now they are just boyfriend girlfriend ...Dev hasn't proposed marriage yet so technically speaking Ishwari is not her would be MIL. .she is her patient n Sona is in relationship with her patient's son,her boss

When she gets engaged to him then it would be awakard working for your fiancee n charging money for treating your MIL😆

Logical and practical question actually!

Taking salary for taking care of future mother-in law would be a bit weird, but since she works there she have to take salary because she is the only breadwinner in the house.

I want Sona to quit working at Dev's home once the contract is over so that she starts working at the hospital. That way she will also get rid of RR's daily taunts and insults

But also I want him to start visiting her in her workplace to meet her like in the first promo, that was really adorable

Contract wud end for sure as in the initial pen wala promo Sona is shown in a clinic/hospital. I guess after Ishwari n RR will find out abt their relationship, they will ask her to leave job. I hope leaving job wud be Sona's decision n not forced by Ishwari or RR
