it was continuation of the ring scene...felt so bad for sona wen she cud not take it off...her pain was evident on her face as she tried to pry the ring off which felt like lead on her finger but cud not as it got stuck as if it refused to leave her finger...
and all the while dev was trying to calm her down "chot lag jaegi aram se"...
mr. dev dixit u hv hurt her beyond endurance...
and he is hoping she is not in pain not realizing that he himself has inflicted so much pain on her...
"chot to already lag chuki hai"
it was so touching scene wen for a while dev appeared so helpless...he is still to realize that one small pain of her can tear his world apart and thus he grabs her finger to take off the ring...as mami insists on doing it dev simply brushed her off feeling that sona is already in pain and noone except he himself will be careful with her finger...i absolutely loved that moment wen dev just plainly refused mami as he knew her finger needs to be handled tenderly and he cant let anyone else do it...
it is so wonderful that dev is submerged in the sea of love and reacting to every tear, smile, anger and every other emotion of sona...at the same time it is ironic that he is asking everyone from neha to even sona about the definition of love...in today's date if love can be defined in one word then that is dev dixit...yet he is acting clueless...
as sona makes excuse to go to the kitchen dev feels something is wrong and sona trying to get away from there...and he looks on as he leaves...
knowing very well sona will be dealing with her pain alone he joins her in the kitchen asking again if she is in pain, "angoothi ki wajah se dard to nahi ho raha na"...
how naive mr. dixit...dard bhi dete ho...dard dikhayi bhi deta hai lekin galat jagha par malham lagate ho...
sona then asks him how he is feeling and he tells her "kuchh achha nahi lag raha...pata nahi...seene mein jalan si ho rahi hai...kuchh bhi achha nahi lag raha...kohshish ki thi khane ki...bhookh bhi nahi lag rahi hai...
dev just mentioned all the symptoms of a disease called love...but sona diagnoses it as acidity...for sure it cant be love wen he choosing engagement ring for another girl...as she is gving her antacid he insisted that he tried it but it did not work...
of course it wont work na...no antacid can cure love...but i loved how dev still so cutely drank it up wen sona offered maybe thinking if sona is offering then it will surely be a remedy to his sleepless nights...
as he walks away he paused to look back...y her pain disturbs me so much...wat is it that i get concerned over her slightest problem...
and i loved the scene with ishwari...shaheer was brilliant in that scene...that stubble...his eyes clearly showing he led a sleepless night...struggling to understand y all that neha said about love are all those things that r not so strange feelings...doesnt he feel the same...like feeling unwell, wanting to talk with someone all the time even if it is a very small thing, feeling so comfortable with that person...maybe...and this maybe will keep on disturbing him till he learns to believe that heart is more than just an organ...
