Episode begins wid kartik's car almost crashing into survi... d braking was so sudden dat kartik almost topples off his seat n misses out on survi...
At panipuri stall survi reprimands khushi that jatin is older than her n should b addressed as uncle... jatin says calling him uncle tarnishes his image before his gf... n since khushi is his friend she can call him by his name.. jatin n khushi head to hotel for lunch n survi rushes to ofc to finish her work so dat she could join them later on for lunch...
At d hotel... jatin leaves khushi in d lobby to check for reservations... n den d most awaited part of d episode.. khushi is trying to call up her mom but to no avail.. kartik thinks dat she's making fun of him by copying him n reprimands her for her behaviour.. khushi also back answers softly ki wat if I told u dat u r copying me.. kartik is reminded of survi's murmuring n saying "kuch nai" later... he asks khushi where's her dad... khushi is almost in tears... jatin comes to her rescue... kartik mistakes jatin to be khushi's dad... khushi n jatin try telling him dat it's not so... but kartik goes on n on... thankfully someone comes n takes kartik away for d meeting...
Survi n kartik almost cross paths n feel each other's presence... survi wonders what kept jatin n khushi waiting for lunch...
At the hotel jatin introduces khushi n survi to his gf... survi starts testing her by saying jatin is soon gonna go bankrupt... khushi tells jatin not to interrupt... she says mamma test le rahi hai... aapki gf ke chehre se lagta hai bohot jald fail hone wali hai... jatin's gf gets up to leave n accidentally smashes her face into d B'day cake... phir kya... as kartik puts it... cake war begins... he is bewildered by all d commotion... n tells his fellow colleagues to leave d place wid him... khushi happens to c kartik n gives him a smile but d latter turns away.. survi wonders whom was khushi smiling at..
Back in barve mansion... pyaare praising his saasu maa aa to how she has kept everyone in d dark for past seven years... but choti pyaare mohan over hears d conversation n threatens d duo she would tell it all to kartik mama
