I doubt if that would happen ...it really makes no sense at all.

For once I can still understand if shagun claims ruhi's custody but nidhi ...come on ..out of nowhere ..how can they show that😆

me think, they are taking a cue from move 'Highway' where Alia Bhatt's character supposedly falls in love with her kidnapper.

And when they can show IshGun love story...then why not RuDhi love story 😆

Nidhi might have taken away Ruhi and kept her alive...

But the fact remains the same that the court won't hand away a child (Minor or not) to a person with criminal record. Remember Ishita was denied of adoption before marriage because of the kidnapping case against her...

This would be completely baseless and pure mockery of Indian Family Courts. Such cases don't last for even days in actual family courts. Trust me I have friends who are lawyers. We were actually making fun of the maybe possible track of Custody over Ruhi... 😆

Ruhi is already 15/16 years old. She is almost adult.

So it should be out of question, no?

but Ruhi isnt 18 yet, so she isnt legally ready to be independent, i guess...plus she isnt 15 16, she is 13 or 14
