ishitha in bed surrounded by raman ,shagun,adi,Mr Bhalla ,Mr Iyer ,alia and mani. I think ishitha is not feeling well
P.S Ruhi is missing (I think she might left or she would have scolded ishitha badly ).also raman and ishitha are in the same dress as in today's episode but shagun is in a different saree
