Atharv & Vividha.

Hey everyone,

So I'll get straight to the point.

It was recently that I discovered this show, and I instantly got hooked to it because of just how amazing the lead pair of Shivani & Vikram looks. I should also add that I had an exam the following day and I ended up watching vms and snippets of this show for around 2-3 hours.

Yeahh. :')

Nevertheless, my point is that this show is nice breath of seemingly fresh air. It's not the typical saas-bahu drama, and even though I've seen some people say on this forum that it has the typical romantic scenes of falling & catching, eye locks, etc, that's just something that Indian television will never be going astray from, and somewhere even though it's a repetitive thing, the lead pair manages to make it seem better.

I really hate the fact that the time slot is so ew. -.-
And I also hate the fact that this show isn't as popular. I know it's not even been on air for a month yet, but still, I think this show holds so much potential with the various characters and the story that each of them carry.

I've been seeing posts about Shashank Vyas entering the show, and tbh, I know this isn't going to gain me any brownie points, but unlike probably half of this forum, I'm not looking forward to his entry.

And it's because I just love and I'm obsessed with Atharv & Vividha's pair. Also, reading all the stuff about him marrying Viv & Atharv pretending and all that stuff made me really :( and stuff. So if there's anyone who's sad hearing all that too, here's our consolation:

The premise of this story is set as being a journey of empowerment, self discovery & learning to stand up for oneself without the help of anyone or influence of anyone. That is what Vikram & Shivani have also been saying since day one. And moreover, that's what the story is based on in its entirety; finding strength to empower oneself even if the world has a negative influence on one's love.

I know I'm rambling, but I'm usually a silent reader and all that stuff. :)

So.. I'll conclude by saying that I really love this show, this pair (they should be together in real life too! ;) ), this story and the entire cast as well. It deserves a better time slot and I hope that those who live in India can tune in whenever possible to help this show achieve a high standing.

Great show, great cast, great story; let's keep our fingers crossed & hope for the best regardless of whatever stories & articles come out!

Great post Anji! :) It felt like reading my own thoughts. This show really feels like a breath of fresh air, both in the concept and the pairing. I'm already too attached to Vividha and Atharv to be want them separating anytime soon or ever for that matter. It is bound to happen I know (I really wish it will be temporary) but I'm hoping they handle the story in the correct way and don't go for over-used and cliche tracks which will make the show lose the easy charm it has.

Love Atharv's character more than anything else, the way he thinks constantly amazes me. Like today when he corrected his mom about Vividha being strong with him around her...he said courage shouldn't be derived from anyone else, it should come from within you. He doesn't want the people he loves to need him but wants them to be strong enough on their own so that whether he is there or not, he knows they'll be okay.

That made me sad because unknowingly he was foretelling the future in a way.

And I know that there will be hardships before they actually get together, but I'm hoping that doesn't entail Viv getting married to someone else (SV) -.- instead of Atharv, because there are tons of tracks out there to show to the audience without actually getting Viv married to someone else.

I agree! I like the way he thinks and it's different than the usual chauvinistic thought of 'I want to always be there to protect you' and 'she never has to worry because I'll always be by her side'. Because that isn't going to be possible ever. He isn't going to always be by her so it's nice to see such thoughts being portrayed that I hope would eventually play out in real life chauvinism as well.

I don't want to think about the future! :/
Because I've had my share of fav shows and completely inaccurate articles that have made me all mixed up in my feels because I think of the sad tracks to come, and it never came. So I'm just going to go by what Shivani & Vikram said, and what the show is set on, and I'll just enjoy each moment as it comes. :)

Also, where did that pic with Viv's eyes closed & Atharv close to her come from ? Could you please send me a link or something ? I hope it was some video you got it from. :D

Nice post ...atharv is a well sketched character even I like Kalash character also and the actor playing it perfectly just love the innocence of vividha and how atharv tackel it ...it's so adorable.all the other supporting actors are also well sketched like vividha sister brother Sujata dadi umma...all are doing good job ...so if cv's are doing such a good job up till now then I m anxiously waiting to see how will be the character of atharv step brother going to be ...cv's definitely worked hard on his characterisation also ...that's why they are taking time for the development of other track ...shashank is a brilliant actor and if he choose for this role then definitely it will be a meaty role ...even if it's a gray or negative character ...I just expect to see good story and good acting in coming track not just from shashank even vikram and Shivani will perform very well ...because if there's a scope in the story then then only actors can perform well ...Jodie ,Jodie ,Jodie ...how long we praise a Jodie and go ga ga over if there is no story .

I totally agree with u guys. Jodi s awesome and we all r loving thm to the core but in long run the story will hold us. And its always mentioned that thr r two male leads.

And just because thrs this anticipation of vividha marrying someone else, why ruin the mazza of current episodes. Thy r gng grt at this moment thn why think of separation even before thy come togethr.

Lets all enjoy the serial as its gng and go wth the flow. And let things come as a thy will in future.

I also caught up on the show during my exams, and boy, it just got Me. Their vms, of their dreamy scenes cast a spell on me. Since then, there's no looking back 👏

And even I don't look forward to shashank vyas's entry. Vitharv are perfect. They have crackling chemistry and their characters are just made for each other!

Great post!!!!! I also want them to stay together but well see what in store for them and hope that the writers don't do anything stupid to ruin the show. As long as it in a realistic way its fine with me or else it would be the same old type of hindi serials we see all the time.
