Its perspective of how people take it. I m sure everyone will have a different take to these stuffs. I see it as don't rely on God even if a freaking apoclypse is coming. You have to help yourself like winchesters do. I always believed in this idea anyways so it makes sense to me I guess. I also believe that anyone who looks angelic may not have all the right intentions to help you. I think thats what they convey too. Just because someone said angels are good doesn't mean they have to be. Just because someone said demons are bad doesn't mean they have to be. Life is all about the grey area in between where good and bad gets mixed in. Adventures are always cool and to be with a person who watches your back makes it extra cool for me. Its kinda like a journey of life where u will have loads of hurdles and trouble but somewhere when u have support u will make it through.
That's quite like how I see it too. So, I'm in complete agreement here as well.
