I am thinking that ekta kapoor can do anything to show shagun prominent . So shagun marriage can happen in following situation
After that night raman will be in guilt that shagun trust him alot . And he is breaking her trust and blah blah . On the other hand ishita will be in guilt that she is spoiling their marriage and she is troubling her family . Shagun can emotionally blackmail ishita to stay away from raman and her family . I think after all this ishita will again leave her family including mani because she may think that she is cheating on him . She may go to an unknown place . On the other hand shagun will instigate pihu to ask raman to marry shagun fast . SHARAM marriage will happen . Shagun's true colors will come in front of family . After marriage she will say who's pihu ?? Then raman ko ishita yad aye gi . Then he will feel guilty for insulting ishita . Then all will search for ishita but she will be seen nowhere.
