I dont know why people are getting so confused when everything is so clear. It was just the voting that gave this result. And also there should be no doubt that Ishmeet's supporters, largely in punjab are the most active people who support their favorite not just by sitting and expecting him to win, but they also participated in the contest by actively and massively voting for him. In-contrast Harshit's supporters are not very regional or community specific. And UP is not an ethenic state, but whole lot a mixture of diversities. Also the UPians are not as active and enthusiastic as folks in punjab.
In general public's opinion Harshit is no-doubt a winner.But unfortunately the rest of india was not as active in voting as Ishmeet's supporters.
Infact, Ishmeet was not a solid performer from the start and constantly received correction tips from Judges, but unlikely to that he never got into chakravat, except in the last rounds.
Its like his supportes "God fathered" him to bring him from the infancy of bemisaal barah to adolesence of top 2.
Personally I have symathy with Ishmeet for the humiliation he received from judges like Abhijeet. He remarkebly improved his singing all through the time and he does gained support from non-punjab sections too, but couldnt overcome Harshit, who was then takenover by his supporters.
So, in the end as jatin provoked punjab, its the jeet of Ishmeet's supporters and not Ishmeet. Its the outstanding VOTING performance of Ishmeet supporters đ and the trophy should be given to them and not to ishmeet.
