So Daya thinks Sundar always returned Jetha's money? Why didn't Jethalal open his mouth when Daya said Sundar always returns the money of taxi fare? That was the time to expose Sundar that he had never returned the money he had borrowed and owes him a LOT of cash.

Who put this thought in her mind?Jetha or Sundar?

Now I think jetha deliberately gets himself cheated by sundar for daya's sake.He doesn't want to hurt daya's feelings by saying that sundar never returns him his money.

Seriously.. How did she just assume it? Nobody told her. But maybe coz she thinks too highly of Sundar, she assumes he always returns the money. You maybe right..he doesn't want to hurt her feelings. Shameless Sundar looting his own sister's house.

But if nobody has told her and she hasn't seen sundar returning money then how can she assume that? It's nothing but a white lie.

CVs should throw some light on this. They never really showed us what's going on in their minds and what they think of this situation.

It was suppose to be funny. Jetha never speaks about it. Daya blindly supports her brother and Bapuji keeps mum because Daya devi cooks him great food and offending her is not a great idea.
