Why Hrith, Arjun and SRK all had a falling out?

Even that picture of Kangana in Hrithiks arms was taken at Arjuns house.

Hrithik seems to be seen with everyone since his divorce except Arjun.

Even SRK is not that close anymore with the two.

They hardly if ever mention each other.

My only guess is either.

Suzanne really did have an affair or supplied drugs by Arjun. Making Hrithik angry.

Or Hrithik had falsely planted the Arjun/Suzanne stories to take away his own indiscretions'. Making Arjun angry.

What happened with SRK?

Suzanne and Gauri were BFFs. SRK told him to leave his equations aside but Hrithik does hold grudges against him and his wife. Though it wasn't Arjun who introduced them to drugs or alcohol.

Why does Hrithik and Arjun not speak to each other anymore?

Does Arjun still own that Nightclub?

Also is he and his wife wealthy. He does not do many movies/ endorsements and from what I gather his wife is a retired model no longer in demand.

I don't recall either coming from wealthy families either.
