Mohini is the name of his wife and she is evil.

She got married to him for the purpose of attaining the wealth of the Viranis and stealing their business, but has been unsuccessful since Tusli and other bahus keep a watch on her.

Harsh got into a horrible accident where the car ran over his legs and therefore, he cannot walk anymore..... this is partially due to Mohini... since he was thinking about her and her evil plans to destroy the family and their wealth.
