beautiful Jodhu! you have penned their desperation, their fear, their angst, and their hope very well... they both want their son back safe but they do not want to part because they are each other's essence, oxygen, passion. the last night of passion served to increase their will to fight and not to part!

This is definitely one of my favourite scenes in the show. The desperation was clear then but your version made it so much more intense. The pending separation made them desperate for each other the extent that Aarti came out of her shell. She became the aggressor, demanding the love that she had been patiently waiting on, that she had but could not remember. And he gave in because he just couldn't not deny them both this opportunity. The intensity and desperation is tangible in this story. And this spurred them on to keep the fight for their love alive, where moments before they were already grieving the loss. Now they have renewed hope.
