What. A. Pathetic. Messed-up. Episode.
What was that?
Honestly, it was one of the clumsiest episodes of YHM ever aired, where simply too much was happening in a space of 22 minutes.
Ideally, it should've been a lollipop episode, considering the audience was treated to a duet involving the leads...but it was essentially quite soulless.
Ruhi took up a good 10 minutes throwing tantrums...IshRa wasted precious few minutes fighting and belting out their usual nokjhok lines, although this time I was neither impressed nor amused nor felt a connection...dunno why...is it because the CVs tried too hard to give us a glimpse of the old IshRa bonding, trying to brush off the nonsense they've been building up on since the past two days???
aise ad shoot hota hai kya? ek chhalaang maaro, doosre set pe pahuncho, phir wahan se wapas Hanuman ki tarah pehle set ke kuud jao!
The only time I was amused was when the set guy kept going round in circles, trying to convince Ishita to shoot for the ad... when Ishu said she didnt care if Raman's shoot happens or not, he said, "haan toh isliye toh keh raha hun shoot kar lijiye" "aap shoot karke dikha dijiye ki aap Mr. Raman ka shoot kharab nai karna chahti"😆😆 waah! kya tareeka hai prove karne ka!!
Wahan Raman taane maar -maar ke raazi karwaya raha hai biwi ko ki woh shoot kar le...upar se gussa...pehli biwi se dobara shaadi bhi karna hai, doosri ke saath naachna bhi hai...maane kya...chahta kya hai yeh banda...kuch samajh mein nai aa raha tha aaj
Kitni ghatiya script thi Raman ke ad ki...Kahin beech mein Ruhaan ka gaal chhuna tha Ishita ko...rehearsal mein Ishu tried to caress Ruhi's face, and the latter jerked her hand away...throwing attitude..
I'm sorry, ideally the scene between Ishu and Ruhi should've made my heart come to a grinding halt, and it did, for barely 10 seconds...but I burst out laughing when Ishu responded to Ruhi's question of why she was staring at her : I'm sorry, but tumhara mole mujhe bahut distract karta hai😆
its almost like, tere til mein basa hai mera dil🤣 Ruhi almost flinched at Ishima's touch, like, "chhuonaa chhuo naa mujhe chhuo naa chhuo naa chhuo naa"🤣
scriptwriters pee ke dialogues likhte hain kya? Tumhara mole mujhe distract karta hai? 🤢 Kisi ke baal distract karte hain, kisi ke gaal distract karte hain...kisi ki naak..kisi ki smile...yahan Mummy ki umar ki lady Ruhi ke mole se distract huey jaa rahi thi😆😆 If she didnt know it was her Ishima, she would've been visibly creeped out
Ruhi ki kuch kam nai hai, jaise hi Ishita ne beti ka naam liya, she started asking uncomfortable questions... "toh aapki beti kahan hai?" etc etc..
To be honest, I want Ruhi to be revealed to all ASAP. I just cant take her tantrums and borderline personality anymore. Ok fine, she's been living in hell all these years, but its not like her parents were doing jingalala in Hawaii all these years...sometimes her rudeness really cuts through me...
Anyway, am glad Ishita followed Ruhi to her room and yelled her heart out...gave her a piece of her mind...no 14 yr old should be allowed to dance on someone's head like that...so yes, Ishita didnt give two hoots to whether Ruhaan was a teen sensation or a global trend or whatever...she simply and categorically reminded Ruhaan that there were crores riding on her...and she better act professionally, if not, then she'd have no choice but to sue her...that completely shut Ruhi up...masterstroke Ishita👏👏👏 See...you're so much more feisty when you're not playing Mummy-Mummy...
Loved the expression on Ruhi's face...she was like, if I give them any more attitude, then contract toh haath se jayega hi, Nidhi kameeni maar maar ke mera keema nikaal degi...but I dont get this...was she happy she got shouted at by Ishita, poore hak se? Or shocked ki use itni gaaliyan padi, coz FB moments ka iss situation se koi relation hi nai tha...I dont rem Ruhi being shouted at ever by Ishita until today...toh use nostalgia kis baat ki ho rahi thi bhai???😕
The only thing I was waiting to watch was the dance sequence...(though its so silly that they should have this romantic dance sequence for an AD😆😆)...I know I'm gonna be bashed for saying this out loud, but the dance didnt quite evoke those feelings in me as it had when I first saw the olv...yes, for a few seconds here and there I was mesmerized when I saw Ishita closing her eyes sensuously and Raman smiling that slight smile, like he was gauging her heart...and of course, when I was admiring how crazy sexy his biceps looked underneath that sizzling black shirt😉😉...but it didnt quite sweep me off my feet...
there was something missing...dunno what...when I saw the olv, I replayed the thing 10-15 times and watched it like I was in a trance...it did take my breath away...today it looked...meh...felt some sorta disconnect...I guess its because the dance was inserted between all sorts of mind-boggling unnecessary drama, it kinda took the punch out of the actual scene...it started off abruptly and ended the same way...😭😭 plus, the ghatiya ad wala bg score didnt help...olv was tons better...😕
CVs should know better than to squeeze in such lollies between crappy scenes...
even when the director said 'Cut' they were in each other's arms, lost in each other's eyes...their lips slightly trembling...like time had stopped...to be honest, I liked those few seconds much, much more than the actual dance...the intense gaze...that awkwardness that followed thereafter...almost like purane hormones ne wapas body mein dastak de diya...7 SAAL BAAD🤣
the ad shoot was pathetic...Ruhi had only ONE line to say - 24+ plus energy drink or something like that...then she made some really silly moves...I thought that is where the ad should've ended, but then in the next bit we see Ruhi bouncing in with a huge fake trophy in her hand, saying she won the football match...Raman is this typical papa happy to hear the news...Ishita looks proud too...and hugs Ruhi...that hug looked so real, so warm...that was the only sensible bit...
then once all the drama was done, and director said 'Cut' they were all back to business with melon-like faces...kaam khatam, paisa hazam types🥱🥱
and wat was the drink's name? Energy 24+??? Raman ne apne dimag aur marketing team ka jald hi kuch nai kiya, toh Shagun ke bina bhi uska kalyan ho jayega
As if this shit was not enuff, we had to endure Aalu's bitchface and Mani's expressionless-deadpan-aawara-bechara face...
he was staring at Ishu, like she was his wife and he was still on his wheelchair and couldn't do much even if she chose to elope with Raman Bhalla...and Aalu looked positively FURIOUS...
So badly I wanted to slap her😡😡😡 Ishita pe copyright hai kya uska??? Didnt her idiot 'Appa' tell her that Ishita is NOT interested in him and has already made it clear to Mani? Doesn't she know that Ishita, deep down, still loves Raman? She had the nerve to tell Adi to back off and not try to unite Raman and Ishita...
arey, tere baap ko Ishita se pyaar hai toh usmein uski kya galti hai yaar? I wanted to laugh when she said, "in saat saalon mein Appa ne Amma ke liye kya kuch nai kiya hai"...hello, I dont wanna be mean, but I think it was Ishita who was taking care of him all these years...from his health to his business...😲😲
Aalu was behaving like Ishita HAD to stay with Mani, just because Mani loved her...I wonder what will happen if she were to fall in love with a guy who didnt reciprocate her love...yeh toh poori obsessed ho jati

And this is what I meant when I said it was messy today...EVERYBODY wants a piece of Ishita...Aalu, Adi, Ruhi (coz she gets jealous of anybody who Iishita even smiles at), Raman (the same, though he wont admit it)...and pretty much everybody, excepting Adi is a villain right now...
And I'm glad he gave it back to AALU, and made it clear he will not back off.👏
Mani is justified to feel bad coz instead of working on his set, his production, Ishu was showing off her dance moves on a rival production set..but the looks he was giving conveyed beyond that - it was almost as if, he was acting like a whiny kid coz Momma praised the neighborhood kid and not him...Mani's eyes...uff...bas ek sharaab ke bottle ki kami thi...Ishu bhi chup kyun thi...why doesnt she open her mouth and speak up?
The last bit was even more pathetic...Ruhi is still trying hard to crack a wedge between Raman and Ishita, and so she is busy egging Mani on...slyly wanting to know if he and Ishita are husband-wife...insinuating that Ishita is more predisposed towards Raman and his company than Mani...wat was she trying to do? Push Mani to go propose to Ishita once again and make her his dharampatni? So that he can jatao hak? And now Ruhi knows Aalu is Mani's niece, ab bhi jallu ki tarah behave karegi kya??
Like Ishita will agree!!🥱🥱🥱 Ruhi doesnt understand it now, but its all counter-intuitive...it will only reinforce the belief Mani already has in his mind, that Ishita will forever love Raman...
Wahan Toshi is off to London (I think the actor needs a break from playing all this nonsense...she must be tired of arranging for a wedding for the nth time at her house)...and today she oh so politely made it clear to Shags, that dekh bhai, tune bahut kuch kiya hamare parivaar ki liye but mere bete ke liye toh Ishita hi theek hai...and Shagun seems surprised that Toshi isnt happy with the news of their wedding...
bacha kucha dimaag bhi ghaas charne gaya hai kya iska??? Kiss angle se use laga ki Ishita ke hote uska Bhalla House mein koi bhi status hoga...Woh maid thi, hai aur hamesha rahegi...
Ufff...this show is mad...I'm going mad too... everybody is intentionally/unintentionally behaving like a villain/vamp...

Tomorrow we have the mushroom and Raman ke allergy ka scene...oh well, I hope its better than what we watched today...I have no idea what to expect from this show anymore...
P.S. Ishita looked ethereal when she was holding Ruhi's face today...and no matter how hard Ruhi tries, her mother's touch reaches and knocks straight on her heart...
As for Raman, he looked smoking hot today..
I wished the CVs had concentrated more on that one scene and toned down the rest of the drama...I may be wrong (I was kinda dazed) but I dont think 'janam janam' played...did it??🤢
P.S. Adi now has two clear cut rivals in IshRa reunite Mission - uski khud ki behroopi behen😆😆😆 and dimag se paidal Aalu...vijayibhava Adi, Vijayibhava 🥳
