Shakshi.. Tumhe wait badhani hain? Ek time tha jab main bhi yahi chahti rhi..and I used to add ghee in everything I had. Ab wait kam karne ki koshish main hoon. But I haven't tried lemon and honey water. Mere SE nahi hoga.

I have some problem with my metabolism i guess...I eat EVERYTHING...as in Vegetarian food...

I drink 1 litre full cream milk...daily...eat healthy food...eat unhealthy food...eat junk food...I add ghee to my roti...to my pulse...everything...

But i am unable to gain weight...I try to eat a lot of rice too...NOTHING works...😡😡

I think maybe its becoz i drink a LOT of water...3-4 litre paani i drink on a daily basis...What to do...if i feel thirsty..i will have to drink water na..??

Bhookh & pyaas dono hi bohot lagte hain mujhe...🤣
