Problem in page loading

From last 2 days I am having some problems in page loading. No new updated pages are loading for me. I can only see old webpages. To see a new updated page I have to clear the history section every time. I am using google chrome browser but I have tried in Firefox also but same thing is happening there also. Can anyone help please??
