- In Rekha's office other employees point out how Karan has gotten much nicer ever since Rekha joined the office. Rekha thinks maybe Karan is falling in love with her. Rekha questions why Karan takes her to bussiness meetings, and Karan gets angry and says that its because with her he got two new contracts, and he doesn't understand why Rekha is thinking something wrong.
- Chandu reads Agony Uncle response in the paper, where they tills ome girl she should get rid of her best friend. Sanju calls RK, and says why are they trying to ruin Morning News. RK gets angry and says why should she care, she only cares for her ego. Sanju hangs up.
- Rekha gets upset as to why she fell for Sanju's talk and asked Karan. She is talking to Rachana, and when Sanju comes she storms off. Rachana tells Sanju what happened. Rachana tells Sanju that we should just let her love story go on.
- Devika calls Sanju to come back, but Sanju refuses. RK says he just can't let his newspaper go down, and he must meet with Anu's dad.
- Karan is yelling at everyone in the office. The others blame Rekha for making Karan go back to his old behavior. Rekha apologizes to Karan, and he accepts. He and Rekha go to another bussiness meeting.
- Anu is with Sid, and tells him that our biggest advertiser may pull out. She refuses to call back Sanju, and says she will find someone better than her. Anu gets a phonecall from her father, who says he has worked hard to build up the newspaper, and he had thought by giving it to Anu he did the right thing. But he says Anu is destroying years worth of work, and she better call Sanju back. Anu says why should I call her back, I will not. Her dad threatens her that she better call her back, or he will. Anu agrees to call back Sanju.
- Sanju gets a call from her new boss, who is reminding her that she starts work on Monday.
- Karan wins another big contract for 20 crores. Karan tells Rekha that she is very luckly for him, and he thinks that she is the girl he wants to spend the rest of his life with. Karan grabs Rekha hands, and asks her to marry him. Sanju is walking past the same resturant, and notice Rekha. Karan is holding Rekha's hand, and both of them are staring at each other. Sanju notices this, and walk closer to them. Rekha turns around and sees Sanju, and is shocked. Rekha tries to slip her hand out of Karan's.
