Ok so the TOI spoilers say that the sarna's decide to move to london and kunj tells twinkle to meet him at the airport with the ultimatum that if she doesn't reach there he will end his relationship with her. Leela will meet with an accident when going to stop the sarna's from leaving and twinkle will try to inform kunj about the accident but he won't answer his call and the sarna's leave with twinkle arriving there late.
Obviously the leap will take place from there and i have a few ideas for this. Kunj could become more serious due to the developments in his and twinkle's relationship and could still think twinkle betrayed him. Whilst on the other side maybe something happens to leela such as paralysis or coma due to the accident so twinkle now takes over taneja business and becomes the new leela taneja, turning into a strong, mature and young woman. Twinkle could have started hating kunj maybe as she may blame him for leela's condition as he neglected her and her mother and it could also have been that twinkle during the leap time may have contacted kunj numerous times to tell him about leela's conditions but he refused to keep in contact with twinkle, and this may lead to twinkle's hatred for kunj.
Kunj could possibly end up returning to amritsar on a work basis only to discover about leela's condition and how twinkle blames him for it. Once finding out the truth, kunj could be full of immense guilt and would try and make amends to twinkle but due to twinkle's hatred he would find it hard to get back in twinkle's life. This could once again show the tashan of twinkle and kunj but mostly on twinkle's side. What they could also show is that yuvi and twinkle became good friends in that time as yuvi may have been twinkle's only support after kunj's abandonment. So this track could also show kunj's insecurity towards yuvi-twinkle's closeness.
