I'm a lord Ram devotee and I'm always very eager to see every new version of Ramayan. To see how it depicts the various emotions and what new stories it has to offer other than the main plot.
I like siya ke Ram bcoz they show sita to be an independent woman having her own ideologies and speaking her mind. But I was a little taken aback at the time of vanvas scenes. I really feel at times when sita talks to lakshman there's slight tinge of rudeness in it. Again I say at times. There have been lovely episodes where sita has shown concern for lakshman , in the beginning when she's concerned abt his sleep and then in a scene where she gives him her shawl. But at times it's like they really sideline him. It's good to see siya and Ram moments, but they kind of ignore lakshman. They could have a scene at least once where Ram sita appreciate him and tell him how the exile has been easy bcoz of him and his seva. He deserves it.In today's episode sita running after shrupnakha I found a bit stupid. It does show her humane side but what about rationality. She tried to lure Ram, kill her and that's the reason lakshman intervened and struck her nose. Just so he could save his bhabhi. N sita running after her to apologise and then to scold lakshman is not done.I used to feel this but never wrote anything coz I thought ppl here who are fans of skr might be angry but then I believe I'm not the only one thinking so.
