There were reports that Kapil's team had approached Shilpa Shinde for their show and that it was because of his show that she quit 'Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain'. "Mera naam kyun daalte ho yaar? Jab Kiku arrest hua tha, tab tha ki Kapil ki Palak jail gayi. Agar Sumona ki shaadi ki news aati hai toh bola jaata hai ki Kapil ki biwi ki shaadi ho rahi hai (Why am I dragged into various controversies- be it Kiku's or Sumona's). The casting team had approached her (Shilpa). She had an ongoing dispute with her channel and we asked her, 'Agar aap free hain toh hamaara show join kar lijiye'. Baad mein producers' association se baat huyi and they said that it shouldn't be done.(The channel had approached Shilpa but later we talked to our producers and decided against it)"

It seems so...😔I was thinking at least she will become a part of Kapil Sharma show...but, it's not going to happen...

You know, no one leaves a successful show just because of whims. there are always two sides to a story. There must be some reason why she stopped working because all legal matters came after that.

From Shilpa's various interviews, one can see that she was very hurt that producers said that she threw temper tantrums. She often commented on that she was sad to read that, so there must be something in that. In any work field there are always some problems between employers and workers. So if she had asked for different tailors, i don't think it was such a big issue. Producers could have worked with her to reach some understanding there.

Some of her arguments did not look consistent. She could be wrong but I think the bullying tactics by PH was not right. Also the right to work was denied to her. I am with her for that.

But then she could have left the show with proper notice of 3 months.

If producers have moved on then they should let her work elsewhere too ! To ban someone from working and earning is not nice.

Totally agree with you...she dared to speak out against the producer which didn't go down well with the producer. And here, Shilpa was right when she said she was sitting at home, that time the offer of Kapil Sharma show came...in his interview Kapil Sharma said the same thing. So, all because of that show she quit the Bhabhi ji is wrong.

It might be wrong on her part to ask the fees hike if the contract says, but, through mutual discussion they could have sorted out this problem.

Anyways I wish her best of luck...

Completely disagree with all comments here... so entire cast and crew are wrong only she is right??? She has left all her previous shows midway which shows her attitude. How can she think taking up new show when exclusivity contract is in place? everyone is liar except her?

Also Kapil is just saving his skin, its because of the offer from his show the problem between her and producer started up. She was so ill to continue shooting but ready to work on Kapil's show?

watch her video in a political party office where she is saying that "thoda tantrum to hum log dikhayenge hi or something similar"

All these incidents shows her maturity level. In all of her interview she came across as arrogant unprofessional lady who has no regards for her show. Infact she mocked new bhabhi ji as well.

I have no sympathies with her, she deserved it, Jo boyega wohi payega, jaisi karni waisi bharni.

How can one be so sure that no other artist or crew is unsatisfied ? Not just this serial but in many other serials actors have been dropped and replaced, overnight their characters died but has any one spoken ? Some have expressed 'regret' but not many had the courage to take on the biggies. All PH houses know they are big enough to kill a small fish !

AND looking at the way Shilpa was banned by everyone, I am sure no one will speak out in future too !

About Shilpa's Maharashtrian card, since she approached a political party she was bound to say these statements. Is there any political party which will work selflessly without getting something out of every situation. It is not right, but that's how politics works, so I don't give it any importance.

About her unprofessional attitude, if she has been in the industry for so many years, then that says something. There was not so much problem when she left Chidiyaghar then why with bhabhiji PH only?

I am not on her side or defending her for anything but I believe there are two sides to a story.

Shilpa 100% deserved it. The same PH did FIR which ran nine years with the same cast (Kabita left for a few months after seven years and came back). Now also no one had any problem, they told it in interviews and she blamed not only the PH but also her co-stars, even said that they were insecure because of her, as she was the best and the show was running only for her. Therefore it is very easy to understand who was at fault, Shilpa or the producers. I think the boycott issue is temporary. With time all will forget and forgive. Shilpa has to wait and pay for too much greed and arrogance.
