I think it's DB's part of the planning to increase Kamini's closeness to Viplav. She must be the mastermind in this ring loss plan so as to push Kamini more towards Viplav. And kamini must have readily and happily accepted the proposal.

i too feel the same . When db looks at dhani in last scene look like it is db's plan.
