Balaji inspired by Bhansali?
The promos of Balaji's new show on 9X Kya Dil Mein Hai have a striking resemblance to the recently released Saawariya. The use of blue in the promos is very prominent like Saawariya. That apart, the styling and costumes of the stars are also similar to Ranbir and Sonam.
Aamir Ali, who stars in the show starting from December 1, says, "I have not been able to see the promos because of my rehearsals and shooting but if they are indeed looking like Saawariya, then I would take it as a compliment. And if you are comparing with me Ranbir then there is nothing like it." But he is quick to add, "The story is not the same."

About the show, he reveals, "It is a very nice one in which I am playing the lead. So far it has been a god though a hectic experience. It is a one hour show for which we started shooting in Kolkata and presently we are in Mumbai."
Kya Dil Main Hai will come on air every Saturday and Sunday. Aamir, who is busy in Nach Baliye, has worked with Balaji before this in Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki as Sameer Kaul. He played Shruti's husband in the show. He also played the character of Soumya in Woh Rehnewali Mehlon Ki, in which he dies. He gained huge popularity through this role. His fans even wanted him to be back in the show but that did not happen.
