As Khushi appeared on the stage in a Bengali attire, decked with beautiful jewellery and a diya in her hand, everyone lost their breath for this epitome of beauty but Arnav could see the Pain in the eyes of his love which he had seen before. "There was never distance between us, Khushi," thought Arnav but it couldn't reach Khushi as she had shut her heart and mind to everything but to dance. People were shocked seeing such a depth of feeling expressed in the dance making it look extremely realistic but little did they know that this is coming directly from the heart of the dancing diva and Arnav knew it. She had waited for him with a bated breath for 12 long years and he chose to marry someone else, by breaching the rules they had agreed upon and her trust. Only he knew how much his heart wrenched when he had to let go of her for 4 long years every time they met and that same solitude forced him to bring in a companion who could provide him solace he sought.

Arnav was confirmed of his thoughts now as the range of expressions which Khushi showed in this dance in her deep expressive eyes was enough for her soul mate to understand. He decided that as this dances finishes he needs to speak to her to know the reason of her anguish. He wanted to erase every single reason of her anguish, and only hoped that he would be successful.

The Dance ended with graceful, soulful and elegant spins which were concluded by a sudden drop on the ground. There was some standing Ovation from some but Khushi left the floor immediately after the dance while Arnav followed her as he predecided.
As Arnav followed Khushi towards the girls green room, he felt a uncontrollable mental turmoil followed by the aching of heart similar to that of his soulmate Khushi's. Arnav locked the door of the room as he entered the room after Khushi. The sound which the lock produced alerted Khushi and made her look around to see the person in whose love she found both solace and torment.
She immediately raised her hand to wipe her tears away so that he couldn't see them but it wasn't her hand which could wipe those hot tears of hers but her Arnav's hand. As he proceeded forward, Khushi could not help but move backward due to the intensity of the strong gaze of him which seemed to penetrate into her, to look straight into her soul.
This continued till Khushi hit her back with a wall and Arnav had literally pinned her to the wall without even touching her. Their heart beats were resonating in rhythm very much familiar to their ears but only if Khushi wanted to hear it and oblige to it. Arnav asked her in a husky whisper,
" What happened Khushi? Why are you crying?"
" Nothing serious, Arnav. The song was so emotional that in a try to enact it properly, my eyes started to tear up a bit." She said avoiding looking in to his eyes and in soft voice as she didn't dare to look in his eyes knowing that she would forget everything after that.
" I felt it too. You must be wondering why there is so much of pain in her love?" Arnav wanted answers for himself and he was going to crooked way for that.
" No, Arnav! I always felt that where there is love, their is bound to be pain and even that pain turns into happiness when you are in love." She said while looking at him with love and a painful look. Her lotus like eyes had turned bloodshot due to the bleeding which her heart was enduring.
"You think the guy betrayed the girl singing this song, ever?" asked Arnav with a great difficulty as he knew that he had betrayed his love when she needed him the most, just like in the song.
" Never, because love is all about giving and not asking anything in return but their happiness. If the guy is happy then the girl is too happy, if she loved him truly. He might be in any situation but the love will not stop!" Khushi had mastered the art of hiding pain below various facades even prior to birth due to what she endured in her previous birth but here she was restricting to just the song, knowing that if she spoke of their relationship she would breakdown, yet again.
"So you believe that the guy did something wrong but still the girl loved him?"He asked this question for himself and prepared himself for the worst. He had to know the answer. He had to know what his love thought of his mistakes. He had to know if he had a right to expect her to be his forever, without giving pain to her.
" Yes! Because he hurt a girl who didn't ask for anything but love from him!" She said with a great difficulty as she felt a vaguely familiar pain engulfing her. He had damned her with his mistakes in the past and he needed to know that.
" But Yagya, truth is boundless, without boundaries! And you know only one perspective here! What about the guys emotions?"
Before he could get the answer to his question, they both heard a knock on the door and Khushi immediately took this as chance to escape the situation as she felt that Arnav was asking all this questions for his justification from her mouth but she couldn't really do that as it would be a betrayal to her self and NK always said,
" You can fool the whole world but not yourself! And who tried to do that will never succeed!"
Where will this lead them to?
