Akshay has done more films than khans, devgn, even more than anil & sunny deol, how come he has never been able to make huge records at box office. Quantity of films he does every year from his career's start, he should have at least 1-2 films to boast about?
Last big hit which could be term as some real success was rowdy rathore, and before that mohra, only 2 blockbusters in his long list of films, i heard its more than 120, which have more average to flop films that big hits.
He is a phenomenal actor, excel in comedy, performs action like no one can, still he does not even have a 1 single film which could be highest grosser of the year. On a average does 4-5 films a year, in 90's use to do even 10 films.
Recently he changed approach & started doing content films, 3 of them, special 26, baby & now airlift (which got huge benefit from republic day & tax free in some states). but this step also can't help him out to create those records which his colleagues are creating on box office.
What do u say, when will we have HGOTY from akshay kumar or he will be in 5th or 6th place all the time?
